Riad Ilyan & Spa

Very clean Riad within Medina. All personnel was friendly and there was always 24h/day someone available. Pick-up at airport was arranged well!
Breakfast was tastefull and varied each of the 4 days if our stay.
Good shower and Wi-Fi of good quality (important for our children 😁)
Only disappointment we had was the taxi we asked for on our departure day: we paid too much for a non official taxi which was not foreseen for the 5 persons of our family… so in case of a larger group (>4) probably better to arrange a tourist taxi yourself via an official website to avoid any problems, but lets say this was part of the charm of Marrakesh …

Very nice Riad, beautiful interior. Nice breakfast on the rooftop, with decent offering. Very nice staff, very helpful with luggage and taxi service. Always smiling.

My stay at Riad Ilyan was amazing. As a first-time solo traveler, they truly made me feel at home. The riad is very clean, beautiful, and authentically Moroccan, with incredible food and absolutely no downsides.
The location is perfect, only a 15-minute walk from Jamaa El Fna with many restaurants nearby. What really made the experience unique was the staff, Ahmed, Ayoub, and Manal, incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available. They helped me plan my three days and made sure I felt supported the entire time.
I highly recommend Riad Ilyan, especially for solo travelers. An unforgettable experience with the best people ever!

We had a really pleasant stay at Riad Ilya. The riad itself is clean, charming, and peaceful — a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly stood out was the exceptional care from the staff, especially Ayou. He went out of his way to help us, arranging taxis to our destinations and even checking to make sure we arrived safely. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay feel extra special.

Our stay at Riad Ilyan & Spa in Marrakech was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, and a lovely rooftop where we could relax and enjoy the view.
A special mention goes to Ayob, who truly made our stay exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed.
The rooms were cleaned every day, which was so nice to come home to!
We can’t recommend Riad Ilyan & Spa enough! It’s the perfect mix of comfort and exceptional service. We would love to come back and we hope Ayob will still be there to welcome us again! I’d give them a thousand stars if I could.

My sister and I had the most wonderful stay here! The riadh is absolutely stunning, and very clean! The personel was cleaning everyday and really made it comfortable for us to stay there. I’ve never met such polite, happy, helpful and warm people on a vacation they really made our stay even better I can’t say anything negative about the people running this stunning riadh. It was so easy to communicate with them they spoke perfectly good English and French and were always happy to answer or help with our questions. We had a lovely breakfast on the rooftop every morning which was also served and made with a smile! I also want to highlight how helpful and warm Ayob was, he was ready to help at any moment and was so nice to walk us to our taxi on the morning of our departure. I can’t recommend enough!

Ahmed and the team were so attentive and welcoming. Some of our party were unwell from a whirlwind tour around the Atlas Mountains and Western Sahara and medicinal tea was made and the relaxed atmosphere was most appreciated. Taxis and transfers were no problem and the roof relaxing area was bliss! Highly recommended.

I stayed at Riad Ilyan & Spa in July and had an amazing experience! The Riad is beautiful and peaceful, located right in the heart of the Medina in Marrakesh, which made exploring the city so easy and convenient. But what really stood out was the team. Ahmed was absolutely fantastic – so attentive, kind, and always ready to help. He truly made my stay unforgettable. A big thank you also to Dounia, Khadija, and Manel, who were all so welcoming and friendly. Together they created such a warm atmosphere. The riad is within the bustling Medina, but the neighbourhood was quiet at night and felt very safe. Our room was spotlessly clean and the traditional breakfast was plentiful. Thanks for a lovely time, Moha.
