Riad Fleur De Sable

Great location (a little tricky to find at first as you get dropped off a short walk away) and the staff are all lovely. Accomodation is basic but clean and well maintained. Despite being right in the centre of the Medina the riad is quiet and peaceful. The roof terrace is great for breakfast and you can see the hot air balloons taking off in the distance. Breakfast is nice and plenty of it.

Amazing stay with the most friendly staff. They picked us up at the drop off of our transfer, which was neseccary because we would've been lost. The breakfast was amazing and so fresh. Also the hamam I would recommend. It's a unique experience. The location is just perfect, within 2 minutes walking you're at the big square. Overall a great experience, with lovely people and good food.

The property has plastic plants placed in the corridor that partially block the passage to the rooms, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk through.
The doors are extremely old and poorly fitted, with visible gaps. If someone walks outside, you can be seen from inside the room, and the doors do not close properly. On top of that, there is a glass panel above the door, so when the corridor lights are on, the entire room is flooded with light, making it impossible to sleep.
On the first night, the air conditioning did not work, which meant being extremely cold. Nights in Marrakech can get quite cold, and there was no solution offered. I ended up getting sick because of this.
The bathroom is extremely small, to the point where you have to maneuver carefully just to get in and move around.
The breakfast was terrible. It was very poor and honestly misleading. They mix natural orange juice with artificial juice, and most of what is served is just foam. The food quality is very low. I did not even eat breakfast because it was inedible. I was served burnt pancakes with peanuts, when everyone knows they are supposed to be made with almonds.
When I complained and requested a refund, I was told the money would be returned, but almost a month has passed and I have received nothing. Not even a refund for the freezing night or for the breakfasts I could not eat.
