Riad Excellence

We had an amazing stay at Riad Excellence and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The location is perfect close to small local shops for daily essentials and only a short walk from the traditional markets and souks. Despite being so central, the riad feels peaceful, spacious, and beautifully tucked away from the busy streets.
The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, and we especially loved the room, the rooftop area, and the pool. The facilities overall were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only small suggestion we would make is to add a few more toys and enrichment items for the bird in the cage, to create a more stimulating and comfortable environment for it.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Marrakech.

Very friendly and pleasent atmosphere. The rooms are excellent and AC for heating and cooling.
Very good breakfast with including coffee or tea. Location is close to many restaurants and the souk.
The hotel is sufficiently far from the mosks that the call for morning prayer can't be heard.

We stayed at Riad Excellence for 3 nights at the end of February. The location was perfect, it was very central for the Souks in a semi covered pedestrian area. The Riad itself was ideal, traditional Moroccan architecture and very clean. The rooms were spot on with firm and comfortable beds, and good showers. There was air conditioning but we didn’t need it when we were there. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. However, the most outstanding factor in our stay there was the staff. They could not do enough to help and everything was done with a smile. Big thanks to Soumia, Josef and the rest of the team (apologies for the spelling). Despite only staying for 3 nights we were really made to feel at home and ended up feeling like a local.
We found the surrounding area to be safe and friendly without any of the hard sell that you can sometimes get. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay in this riad. Soumia was very helpful before we even arrived, arranging the private transfer even when the flight was 3 hours delayed. Abdul also made sure that we had dinner when we reached the riad late at night and he provided a great service.
Youseff was also very caring the morning after in our breakfast.
Rooms were comfortable and the riad itself was in a very good location.
I would recommend.

Our group was staing here 4 days. We are happy with our stay. And special THANK YOU for Mr. YOUSSEF, he is very responsible, always smiling and helped us in all questions.

To be honest Riad is very clean and they serve very delicious breakfast. The only thing that if u go by ur own car I need to park it very far and go walking with ur lagguage.

Very nice place to stay. Next to the market and walking distance to downtown attractions. There is local police in the street leading to the hotel, in case you feel unsafe. The hotel itself is super quiet at night, amazingly decored, mmaculately clean and staffed by the nicest people I've met. It was a pampering experience, an oasis of calm and freshness after Marrakesh caos 😉

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
No hot water in the mornings! When we informed the receptionist about it, they didn’t care it at all and they think it’s normal, didn’t take any action to fix it. Also, the breakfast is poor.

No hot water in the shower in the morning! The breakfast is not good! No sound insolation in the room! Suck the big one!

Great little Riad with caring staff. Breakfast is quite good and sufficient. Located in the Medina, but in a very quiet place, deep in a side street.

The stuffs are really kind and nice. The room is perfect and beautiful with towels, soaps and hair dryer. And the location is not far from the central road in Marrakesh, you can go there on foot, so you can have calm nights here. My favorite moment here is watching sunrise from the terrace. I highly recommend here:) ) )

Great value for money. We highly recommend staying here!
The Riad is clean, quiet, beds are comfortable and walkable to all tourist spots.
Hassan and Mohamed are amazing hosts. They were extra attentive to our needs and really went out of their way to look after us through out our stay. Breakfasts were are amazing, better than any other hotel we've stayed at — you won't start your day hungry here, that's for sure!
