Very friendly and pleasent atmosphere. The rooms are excellent and AC for heating and cooling.
Very good breakfast with including coffee or tea. Location is close to many restaurants and the souk.
The hotel is sufficiently far from the mosks that the call for morning prayer can't be heard.

We stayed at Riad Excellence for 3 nights at the end of February. The location was perfect, it was very central for the Souks in a semi covered pedestrian area. The Riad itself was ideal, traditional Moroccan architecture and very clean. The rooms were spot on with firm and comfortable beds, and good showers. There was air conditioning but we didn’t need it when we were there. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. However, the most outstanding factor in our stay there was the staff. They could not do enough to help and everything was done with a smile. Big thanks to Soumia, Josef and the rest of the team (apologies for the spelling). Despite only staying for 3 nights we were really made to feel at home and ended up feeling like a local.
We found the surrounding area to be safe and friendly without any of the hard sell that you can sometimes get. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay in this riad. Soumia was very helpful before we even arrived, arranging the private transfer even when the flight was 3 hours delayed. Abdul also made sure that we had dinner when we reached the riad late at night and he provided a great service.
Youseff was also very caring the morning after in our breakfast.
Rooms were comfortable and the riad itself was in a very good location.
I would recommend.
