The room was nice and had a jacuzzi. Thats about as good as it got. We arranged a pick up from airport, with evidence via message communications on booking. Com, the pick up never arrived. My partner had planned for rose petals and a birthday cake in the room on 27th, instead the petals were in the room on 25th and again even with evidence in writing, they said no cake was booked, when we queried this the man just kept shouting over us. Tv in room did not work unless connected to my own 4g, Netflix does not load and satellite TV does not work. The communal toilet that I was shown too on arrival, had a completely unattached toilet seat that I was not warned about, very dangerous especially for elderly. No water was offered or given for entire trip. Bedsheets not changed. Breakfast was mediocre at best, very disappointing following previous stays at other nearby riads. Bad smell of sewage in bathroom. Jacuzzi does not have enough hot water to even cover jets. The bed was broken and made an awful banging noise if any of us turned over or moved. We could not report any problems due to anyone rarely at the front desk. We have not long left the riad and they have told booking. Com that we did not pay even though I have proof of payment via bank. They are trying to take the payment again from my partners card. Very very bad. We definitely would not stay again and feel sorry for anyone who experiences this riad on their first trip to marrakech.

Wonderful accommodation, beautiful traditional Riad — the best experience. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were perfect for us as a family and breakfast was a fabulous traditional Moroccan feast. Location is superb, no more than a 5min walk from the souks and the main square.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING hospitality from Hussain and the team! Nothing was too much trouble. Felt like a home from home as soon as you walked in. They went above and beyond to ensure the best stay possible. Clean, chilled atmosphere and a fantastic breakfast each morning. The location is a stones throw from all of the action. A great first time in Marrakesh.

Excellent Riad in a good location just outside the alleyways of the Souk. The host Houssain was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. It was clean safe and good value. The breakfast was really well prepared and very generous, we would definitely go back and would thoroughly recommend.

Riad Dreams is an exceptional hotel situated close to the main Jemaa el-Fnaa square in Marrakech. Hussain and the team went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Our room was modern and clean with a Jacuzzi style bath. Hussain organised airport transfers, restaurant recommendations and details of activities in Marrakech and surrounding area. The Morrocan breakfast provided was very tasty. I cannot thank Hussain enough for making our trip to Marrakech special. He even came to visit to say goodbye on his day off. Great service. Deserves 6 stars.

Beautiful place. Lovely clean rooms, we had the one with huge jacuzzi bath. Hussein the manager is amazing as are the other staff. Great location about 5 mins from the main square. Definitely recommend. They sorted everything from my constant need for boiling hot water for tea to getting us a heater when we needed one one night! Would happily stay here again!

Riad Dreams was a great base for the first 5 days of our holiday in Morrocco. Situated in the Medina just a short walk from the souks, with good restaurants nearby. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful (and probably the best we've had in Morrocco), and most importantly the service was great. Nothing is too much trouble for Lhoussain and his team; we have found Morroccans to be really friendly people, and Lhoussain is the friendliest of them. Thank you Riad Dreams — we hope to return in the future!

The accommodations were cozy and inviting, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace, savoring the stunning views of Marrakesh and soaking in the atmosphere of the medina below.

Amazing riad in the city centre of Marrakesh. Roms were very clean. Very good standard. Breakfast was really nice aswell. But the best part of the visit was to meeting hotell staff Hussein and Hamza! They are truly Marrakesh real gem! The service was absolutely the best i’ve ever encounted. So friendly and serviceminded. Really Recomend this riad and Will definitely stay at riad dreams again!

Where do I begin, we are a family of 4 this is most likely our favourite stay we have ever had in an establishment. From start to finish the service was AMAZING. We have to give a special mention to HAMZA he was OUTSTANDING. Nothing was ever too much for him and he was always so kind and friend. Hamza made our trip extra special in Marrakech, so thank you.
The RIAD is very clean and the rooms are wonderful. We have a family room with kids of space. The breakfast is so tasty and plentiful. The RIAD is very central and only a nice 5-10 min walk to the Medina with lots of wonderful rooftop restaurants on the way (Highly recommend Kabana Rooftop & Safran by Koya).
