Staying in this riad was honestly one of the most beautiful parts of my trip to Morocco 🤍✨
From the moment I walked in, it felt like a hidden oasis—peaceful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed down to every little detail. The architecture, the soft ambiance, the calm courtyard… everything was simply breathtaking.
The hospitality was just as amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It didn’t feel like a place to stay, it felt like an experience.
If you’re ever in Morocco, staying in a riad like this is a must. I absolutely loved every moment here and would come back in a heartbeat 🌿

Khalid and his team here at Riad Dar Kays went above and beyond during our stay here.
The Riad itself has been newly renovated with no expense spared. Immaculate interior with intricate traditional tiles, lamps, and decor.
Breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of pancakes, pastries, fruits, teas and coffee.
Very easy to find and metres from the historic medina of Marrakech.
I would highly recommend due to the personal service, and made to feel welcome throughout our stay. We will most certainly be back here again.

Adnane prepared the most delicious breakfast we had during our trip – it was simply amazing! Every morning was a highlight, with fresh and tasty food that started our day perfectly.
Another big plus: the Wi-Fi is excellent, which is not always easy to find while traveling.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakech located in the heart of the vibrant square of Jamaa El Fena everything is close to you restaurant, coffee shops, Market, and the Medina, I stayed for two nights from the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and genuine. The rooms are brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed with a perfect mix of modern comfort and traditional Moroccan style. Everything is clean and well maintained truly a 10/10 experience. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. And the breakfast is absolutely amazing, fresh, delicious, and generous every morning. I highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech whether for a short or long stay.

Really nice, quiet riad about ten mins walk from the nearest souk. Being a walk away from the souks and the main square meant it was very peaceful — I imagine riads close to the action would be quite noisy! Anass was super helpful. Breakfast was absolutely huge and very nice but for us it was served too late. Rolling out of bed for a 9.30am breakfast sounds amazing but is not possible with a five year old who wakes up at 6am! As a result, we only had breakfast once, when the staff kindly served us at 9am. Even that was too late for us to be honest and we didn't want to keep asking the staff to work early. Overall a great stay.

There so many good things to say about this Riad. I will start with the best part… Anass, the man who manages the Riad is the kindest man that I met in Morocco. He is sincere and shows that he truly cares that his guests are safe, comfortable and welcomed into Marrakesh. He is a true gem who goes above and beyond for the guests, which many reviews have previously mentioned. I especially recommend this Riad to solo and female travellers. It is a beautiful well kept and calm riad. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The area felt very safe and close to all of the best spots in Marrakesh. I highly recommend this riad and thank them dearly for their care and special attention. It will not be forgotten.

Amazing treasure in Marrakesh! The riad is lovely, small, maybe about 7 or 8 rooms, but what distinguishes it is the service. Anass, the manager working there it out if this world. Extremely knowledgeable about the city, what to do and what to avoid, even ran an errand for me during his off time to get me typical moroccan tea. He is pure kindness, service and generosity. Extremely attentive to all of our needs. He is the dictionary definition of the Moroccan hospitality. He is the true treasue of the riad! Thanks Anass for all your help and guidance during our stay.
As for the riad, it is beautiful, even if small. 5-7mn walk to the main areas of the Medina, very close to all the souks/markets, and very safe neighborhood.
We had our room in the top, beautiful large room with a queen size bed and 2 twin beds. We were traveling with our teens. It had AC, which was very helpful in july in Marrakesh 😉 while it could have been cooler, it was good enough to keep you cool and night and sleep comfortably.
Breakfast was delicious, they would ask you when and where you wanted to eat (your room, the many tables around the riad, by the pool, etc. ). Overall, it was an extraordinary experience. Don't hesitate to book it, you will not regret it! (Just try to avoid Marrakesh in the summer months, very very hot).

Beautiful and tastefully decorated riad.
The kindness of Anass and Nawal, the excellent meals, the beauty and calm of the Riad made us have a dream stay.

Superb stay with friends to celebrate the New Year. The riad is magnificent, soothing and rejuvenating and very well located in the medina.
Nawel prepared delicious meals for us with exquisite flavors! Anass is of great help in organizing the days and incredibly kind.

Very beautiful riad. Very nice welcome. Anasse really takes care of us. He answered all our questions and gave us really good advice on sites to visit, restaurants, hammams…
Nawel our cook treated us to very good couscous dishes, lemon chicken tagine 🍋 (a delight! ), kefta tagine.
In short, nothing to complain about! excellent stay.

Great place to stay in Marrakesh, in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main streets of the medina. Amazing service from Anass, who was a huge help with his valuable advice!

A true little haven of peace a few minutes walk from Jemaa El Fna Square. The Riad is sublime, perfectly decorated, very clean, quiet and with all the comforts.
And what about the staff! Anass largely contributed to this perfect stay thanks to his kindness, his availability and his kindness. He is so caring. Nawel prepared delicious local breakfasts for us, and a tasty tagine. A big thank you to them.

A warm welcome, wonderful service. Anass doesn't know what to do to make your stay pleasant. Highly recommended. Nawal's cuisine is succulent. The setting is very pleasant and relaxing. We spent 10 extra days. To be renewed very quickly.
