Park Hyatt Marrakech

We stayed in a suite, which was already quite spacious, and we really enjoyed having the extra space on the ground floor. The property itself isn’t huge, so everything feels clear and easy to navigate. What I especially liked was the overall setup.
Breakfast was very good, and the staff is genuinely friendly. That said, service can be a bit unorganized at times: you might be sitting at one table and have four or five different waiters come by instead of one dedicated person, which sometimes creates a bit of chaos.
We traveled with two kids. Our travel agent told us the outdoor pool was heated, but on the first day it wasn’t. After we mentioned it, the pool was heated to about 25°C. They said it would be 28°C, but that definitely wasn’t the case, we have our own pool at home at 28°C, so we know the difference. So its a bit chilly and we didnt go in.
The indoor pool was advertised as kid-friendly, but when we arrived, we were told it was adults only. Our travel agent contacted them, and by the end of the day we were allowed to use the kids pool from 5:30 pm onward. That was a bit of a letdown, and honestly they shouldn’t advertise it that way, but at least they adjusted it.
There’s a decent kids playground where our children had fun, and overall the staff was super friendly, the kids really loved it. The hotel is about 20 minutes outside Marrakech.

Absolutely blown away by this hotel. Cannot wait to visit again. The service was exceptional and our suite gorgeous. This is a brand new hotel and the design/decor is breathtaking. I’ve never visited a hotel with as much attention to detail and hospitality like this. Definition of luxury. Badr, Saad and Hamza (among others) made our experience that much better. They consistently took care of us and made us feel right at home. For example, the staff set the table every time we ordered room service, drove us to/from our suite on golf carts at any/all hours of the day, offered great goodies for turn down service, arranged taxis and shuttles, and gave us delicious (free) breakfast/refreshments every morning. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and gym that we took full advantage of, especially since Jan is chilly. The only “negative” is that the location is a little far outside of the main city so expect a 15-25 min drive wherever you go. Not a major issue, but was a consideration when we planned our days.
Five star experience and again, can’t wait to return.

Lovely stay overall. The property is beautiful and unique, though a bit far from the city center. The spa experience could be improved—maintenance and hygiene need more attention, as towels were often missing at the gym, soap was unavailable in the toilets, and there was an unpleasant smell.
Other than that, special thanks to the wonderful team. The concierge, Rafiq, truly made our stay unique with his exceptional attention and care. The breakfast team was excellent in delivery and warmth—special mention to Younes and Saad for their outstanding service.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff very helpful.
At breakfast, Saad is fantastic! So thoughtful and remembers your preferences so you feel very much at home. Zakkaria is also superb and provides great service with a smile.
The spa staff are all very friendly. Nouhaila on reception was very professional and patient when we first arrived as we talked through so many treatments!
In terms of treatments, you have to have the hammam and massage from Haja — she is one of the best massage therapists I have had (and I’ve had a few! ) Excellent technique, very professional, considerate and I would highly recommend!
My daughter had Mina who was also excellent with her hammam and massage.
Finally, we spent a lot of time in the gym (we had a few rainy days! ) and it is well equipped with good views of the golf course. Ali, the gym instructor was helpful and chatty and it was fun getting to know him. Always handy with helpful tips.
Being vegetarian, the hotel did not have that many options but if you asked, they could accommodate some options and were happy to do so.
Overall, would recommend as a chilled break with great spa, great service and and beautiful views of the Atlas mountains.

We spent a few lovely nights in Park Hyatt this week. I have read that the location was a negative point prior to arrival but I found that absolutely incorrect. We LOVED the location. So peaceful, luxurious and true resort feeling. There was no traffic getting in and out of the hotel. Air was clean and no sounds except nature and birds.
The resort is new, well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. It wasn’t too large so everything was easy to get to. Our suite was large, had a great view and bathroom worked beautifully. The included minibar was a nice addition. We received daily treats like dates, cookies and cake. The housekeeping staff was the best I have ever had. Kept the room so clean, even folded and organized our belongings. Absolutely amazing; 5 stars!
We booked with Amex FHR and the $150 credit was very generous! Was able to get dinner and lunch. Prices were reasonable compared to other luxury hotels in the Medina.

I stayed at the Park Hyatt Marrakech recently and wanted to share how genuinely great the experience was. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really stood out to me was the staff. They honestly made the whole trip feel special.
At the front desk, Khaoula and Oussama were the first people I met and they were fantastic the entire time. They were always smiling, super welcoming, and really made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Any little thing I needed, they handled it without hesitation.
Rafiq at the concierge desk helped me with several things during my stay and he was always on top of it. He made everything simple for me and I really appreciated how thoughtful he was with his recommendations.
Badr from valet was also great. He was consistently friendly and went out of his way to help me more than once. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests.
I also booked a tour through the hotel and ended up with Bats Abderrazzak as my guide. I cannot say enough good things about him. He showed me all the best spots around the city and made everything so easy and enjoyable. It honestly made a huge difference in how much I enjoyed Marrakech.
Overall, the whole stay was just wonderful. Every person I interacted with did an amazing job and made me feel taken care of the entire time. I left with such a good impression of the hotel and the people working there. I would absolutely stay here again.

Just a few miles outside Marrakech, this hotel is an absolute dream. It’s ultra-private, fully gated, and patrolled 24/7—so you feel completely safe from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is pure elegance, and the rooms are extraordinary. The golf course is gorgeous, and the views of the Atlas Mountains are truly breathtaking.
Every dollar is worth it. The spa and on-site restaurants are exceptional—you can enjoy a hammam, a massage, and incredible dining without ever leaving the resort. Everything is spotless, serene, and beautifully maintained. Even when the vibe gets social, it never gets noisy.
Most importantly, the concierge and staff went above and beyond every single day. Their service made the experience unforgettable.
I highly, highly recommend this place.

This place is truly heaven! Resort itself, the service, the staff, the rooms. Everything is perfect! I want to shout out to an amazing crew here — the front office staff along with the concierge. The pool staff — Oussama and Hakim and Tahir along with Ghizlane and Nada in the front desk area! Thank you all for an unforgettable memories and celebrating my daughter’s birthday a month early after my 4 year old started telling everyone its going to be birthday soon!

My stay at Park Hyatt Marrakech was truly remarkable from start to finish. As a Globalist member, I was upgraded to a spacious suite of approximately 132 sqm, featuring a large bathroom and a generous walk-in closet. I have stayed at almost all Park Hyatt hotels in Europe except Istanbul, most of them suites, and this one is the largest—the sense of space and comfort is simply unmatched.
Breakfast was equally outstanding, with a wide variety of options. Two Moroccan specialty tagine dishes particularly stood out:
Œufs au khliâs (eggs with dried beef) and œufs au taktouka (eggs with pepper and tomato sauce), both flavorful and exquisite.
From the ambiance to the service and dining, Park Hyatt Marrakech perfectly embodies refined luxury and tranquility. It is truly a top-tier hotel in Marrakech worth experiencing.

Park Hyatt Marrakech is a one-of-a-kind hotel tucked away in the Al Maaden area near the Medina. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded every expectation, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt luxurious, well maintained, and cleaner than many five star hotels I’ve stayed at. 

I traveled with my son and spent three nights here. Unfortunately, he became very sick during our trip and this is where the staff truly showed their heart. Around 4 a. M. We called reception for help. Within minutes, they arranged a taxi, sent a golf cart driver to pick us up, and even had an interpreter accompany us to the hospital to ensure we were supported the entire time. At 4 in the morning! 

After returning to the hotel, the team went above and beyond. They helped us get the medication he needed, prepared meals specifically suited for his recovery, and checked on us throughout our stay. Every staff member greeted us by name and made us feel truly cared for during a stressful moment.
Special thanks to Yahya, who accompanied us to the hospital and translated, Housni and Mohcine kahil, who ensured our meals were perfectly tailored to my sons needs, Walid, who made breakfast exceptional and the Manager Kenza, who ensured everything ran smoothly and made sure we had everything.
LeSpa was also amazing! The masseuses made a specially tailored massage for both of us and the gym was spotless.

Spent four nights here and enjoyed it. Service is attentive, quick and flexible. Staff are all very friendly. Food in the restaurants was pretty good. Property is nice and still brand new. Only downsides were the pools are not heated (the water was pretty cold in mid October), the deepest pool was closed for some reason, and the property itself is located down a dark 1-2km road, which a few taxi drivers were not familiar with navigating.

Absolutely stunning new hotel with impeccable service and attention to detail. Great restaurants and a relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member went above and beyond trying to be helpful. The front desk staff were so accommodating when we got to the hotel at 8 am after an overnight flight. Our room wasn’t available so they offered us breakfast and a different room to take a nap in and shower. Has to be on the short list for top Hyatt hotel in the world. Provided a very warm globalist welcome including a proactive premium suite upgrade.

The hotel is as beautiful as the pictures. We stayed 3 nights the room was beautiful with an attached balcony with drapes if one desired privacy. The hotel has all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. The balcony has comfortable patio furniture which we used daily to sit and relax. This was peaceful for us the serenity, the establishment views are breath taking and relaxing. We had a delightful stay everything was perfect, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffets in the morning, and dinners in the evening during our stay. The staff very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We utilized the concierge during our stay very helpful for us. During the day was spent sightseeing, and we looked forward to returning to the hotel in the evening. On a scale from one to ten (high) we rate the hotel a 10+ as exceptional we still talk about our stay at this luxury hotel.

We don’t usually like spending much time on our hotels on holiday, but this hotel was so incredible & special that it was hard to leave! It truly was paradise. The service was exceptional, every single member of staff made us feel cared for and genuinely valued.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so warmly and made to feel instantly welcome. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and attentive, they walked us through the grand building, which was absolutely stunning, filled with modern yet unique decor that felt luxurious but full of personality. We were seated for check-in and offered a delicious welcome drink, which set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
The food was incredible, and the cocktails were even better (highly recommend the Purple Haze — it was unreal! ). Having free access to the spa was such a lovely touch, and I treated myself to a back, neck, and shoulders massage that was hands down the best I’ve ever had.
Our room was huge and beautifully designed, with so many thoughtful touches, a Japanese heated toilet seat, a fully stocked complimentary mini bar, a large terrace, and the comfiest bed ever with blackout blinds for the best night’s sleep. It was so peaceful and quiet; we woke up every morning feeling completely rested.
Even the little details were so well thought out, the pool tiles didn’t get hot in the sun (a lifesaver for your feet in the heat!

The Park Hyatt Marrakech is the most stunning hotel!
I received the most fabulous welcome on my arrival! Every member of staff I encountered during my two day visit could not have been friendlier or more helpful!
The reception staff made check in so seamless, explaining everything and giving a tour of the fabulous hotel facilities.
The dining options were wonderful, from the vast breakfast choices, to the incredible buffet dining in the evening and the a la carte menu at the terrace restaurant — all delicious and superbly presented!
Housni, the food and beverage manager, along with his whole team of caring and professional staff, were all superb and so kind in their care and attention to detail!
The bar was a great place to spend the evening and meet other guests, with friendly and welcoming bar staff.
My Suite was stunning and so beautifully appointed! I am lucky enough to travel often and stay in fabulous hotel rooms — this one was perfection! The huge bathroom and walk in shower were also incredible!
The Spa is beautiful and tranquil, with relaxing treatments to suit everyone!

After staying in the very busy medina prior, we were seeking an oasis of calm and we found it at the Park Hyatt Marrakech. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that service was a top priority at this hotel. Khoula from the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome and provided us a tour of the property and our room. The bell staff were excellent and the restaurant servers including Mohammed were great. Housekeeping was exceptional.
The rooms are modern, incredibly spacious, very quiet, and have virtually every amenity you'd expect from a luxury property. The spa and amenities are excellent and the gym is well equipped. Ate at both restaurants and the presentation, service, and food quality were all excellent.
The only downside with the property is that it can take a while for a taxi or car service to show up. The hotel will happily arrange to get you a taxi — just be sure to notify them 15 or 20 min before you want to leave and you should be good.
Bottom line — I came here with high expectations and the staff and property exceed them. This is one of the best luxury hotel stays I've had in a very long time.

The best Moroccan food in Morocco! Exceptional service, thanks to Rafiq the concierge and our wonderful server, Salwa. The ambiance was beautiful, the cocktails were absolutely delicious, and the food was outstanding. It was a perfect experience in Marrakech, with warm hospitality and unforgettable moments shared with the love of my life. We highly recommend this place for the best food, drinks, and service!
