Amazing hotel with an even amazing staff!
Such a vibe this place is!
The breakfast is great and you can have fresh pancakes and parathas fresh off the gas hob! All the staff has a great smile and desire to serve you. Very pleasing experience overall!

I suppose it depends what you want but what this hotel provided for us was amazing.
1. Hospitality — amazing, they could not have done more for us. Lovely people.
2. Swimming pool-superb size and our teenage boys spent hours in there. The pictures don’t do it justice.
3. Gardens — really peaceful with birds chirping. Lovely grounds.
4. Rooms — absolutely fine, very quiet and yes they perhaps could do with some refurbishing but this is Morocco, so without sounding pompous, manage your expectations.
5. Taxis into the main square are well organised and only 100 dirams (£9) each way.
6. Alcohol is an issue and f you like a cold beer like us. Again, we adapted no problem and respected this but if you do like a cold alcoholic drink then, you will have to get your taxi driver to stop at an off licence and stick your fridge up.
7. We booked quad bikes and walking tours which were great but there’s lots more to do that the hotel will help you with.
Overall, a great accommodation away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended.

In one sentence… Palais Riad Berbère exceeded all of our expectations of service, comfort, hospitality and value for money.
We visited in the first week of October 2024, and enjoyed temperatures around 35 deg C. This country riad is located on the outskirts of Marrakesh, with the city being reached easily by taxi quickly arranged by Patrick or his staff. Return taxis are easily found in the city taxi ranks, although we found a driver and kept his mobile number to hand. Trips into the local desert etc. Were easily arranged by the riad too.
Our stay was enhanced by the attention and friendliness of Patrick and his staff. Customer service here is excellent. We had difficulties with cash withdrawals from ATMs in the city, but Patrick simply provided cash and put it onto our account. This was very useful; however, I would imagine that the hotel does not carry cash at all times. My advice is take a good backup bundle of your own currency as there are reasonable and fair exchanges in the city. We’re British so had some GBP with us, not enough though! Lesson learned/shared?
Our room was clean and spacious but please don’t expect ‘Four Seasons’ splendour. Instead settle into the essence of comfortable rural Moroccan living. The paintwork may be a little tired and the bathroom properly fitted and fundamental but, the bed was very comfortable and everything worked as it should. The hotel was clean throughout, the large swimming pool and garden well managed and equipped.

We were not able to stay here as planned because our group plans changed. But I felt compelled to leave a positive review for Patrick who assisted us in setting up the reservation with speed, courtesy and professionalism. Truly a standout level of customer service.

Didnt get the room I booked on hotels. Com, talked to the manager, got a new room without charge. Service, food, atmosphere was excellent 5/5. Location is far from the city, around 150-200 MAD roundtrip. Really shabby neighboring town.

I went with my daughter and we loved this riad. The staff were attentive, the owner Patrick was lovely and extremely helpful. Our room was large very clean quiet and comfortable. There were two pools which we enjoyed and the breakfasts were superb. There was also table tennis, volley ball and badminton if you enjoy activities. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Both were simple but excellent. We loved our stay and will return.

This is by far the best hotel I have had a stay at. We arrived after a chaotic cancellation by another hotel in Marrakech city which left us a bit stranded. The welcome we received from Patrick and his team was exceptional and exactly what we needed after a chaotic arrival in Marrakech.
The hotel itself is a beautiful piece of architecture. The setting is magnificent with a impeccable garden and large pool. The main square is only a 15 minute drive away, but you feel like you're in a small piece of the garden of eden, away from the beautiful chaos that is Marrakech, yet close to it all the same.
The staff is very kind and gave a thorough explanation of do's and dont's when visiting Marrakech. Patrick gave very useful information about the best ways to transport to and from the city, around the city, to the airport, … Places to visit, … Be sure to ask them for tips when you arrive, especially transportation wise they can save you a big hassle!
The hotel restaurant provides both authentic dishes and dishes for the more picky eaters ;). Due to the amazing quality of the food we ate here most of our stay.
In summary: This hotel is perfect for a visit to Marrakech for families, couples and solo travellers. The food is excellent, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is the most kind I have ever met.

It is a nice spot, so calm, clean, nicely decorated, the food is freshly made at good standards. 2 swing pools one inside the Road for kids.
Rooms are spacious with a nice view on the garden.
Most importantly the owner is a nice gentleman so welcoming and helpful….

Patrick and his staff will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. We have been to Marrakech and stayed in many hotels and roads before but from now on this the one we will stay in and recommend to friends.

Excellent and remote work friendly!
We stayed there for 6 nights, 4 days of work in a very calm and clean place.
All the hotel rooms and facilities are quite and have strong Wifi signal.
The food is delicious and served whenever your agenda allows it (you just need to let the chef know).
You need coffee? just ask the chef or bring your own capsules and help yourself.
The staff and owner’s family are very welcoming.
Generally speaking : the rooms are quite, big and very clean. The swimming pool is just perfect. The location is calm.
