Palais Anthea Boutique Hotel & Spa

We spent 1 week as our first trip in Marocco and everything was unbelievable. The room were perfect, clean, nothing to say.
The hotel also, nothing to say, amazing pool, staff, Berber tant, we loved everything.
We had dinner once, the food was ok but we are difficult French peoples 😂☺️ breakfast was perfect!

Perfect Stay – Amazing Staff!
Our stay at Palais Anthea was absolutely perfect! The hotel was clean and beautiful, but the highlight was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, always kind and helpful. They were especially sweet with our baby, making our stay even more special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!

Nice, cosy Hotel with only 10 beautiful rooms. Big pool and huge beautiful garden only 20 minutes from Marrakech city away. Service was outstanding. We will come back for sure to this lovely Hideaway.

The hotel is a quiet sedated and situated outside the city. The taxi from the airport is about £20. When you drive from there you go along some really old roads and you wonder where you are heading to. Food costs seem reasonable for this high end hotel. We paid £125.00 for food for three days. We had a veggie sandwich with chips, greek salad and two lemonades each day. It is laid back, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast is a mixture of Moroccan and European, pancakes, breads, eggs, etc. All made freshly for you.
Alcohol is served during the day and in Ramadan.
The gym is new with a running, cycling and rowing machine. The gym door is open 24hrs. The hotel goes quiet after about 9.30 and there is little noise. The pool is unheated and deep at the other end you can't stand up. The weather at the end of May/ April is hot enough to get sunburn but you can have an overcast day so you need a second layer. One day boiling hot 24c, the next day spring like and cooler 17c.
I would stay here rather than in Marrakech as the streets aren't that nice to walk around (personal opinion). We booked a £55 tour guide and they picked us up and dropped us off. That covered the taxi costs.
The downside, not many of the vegetarian and fish dishes were available from the menu. Meat dishes seemed available. Some of the furniture outside the room were tired looking and our shower did not work properly.

The restaurant in the villa, has the best chef and quality of food. I loved the couscous and the cocktails that the charming Mounia prepared, simply a unique and exquisite experience.
