Great hotel for the price. It's in a fairly central location (can be a little noisy in the evening) I found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff.
Staff is not honest and helpful. They are trying to rip off customers or let them ripped off by taxi drivers or tour organisers. Air-conditioning was very weak. Rest was good. Breakfast was amazing.

Hidden down a beautiful alleyway and hidden behind a big door was Monriad.
We only stayed for 1 night and took 9 rooms, and whilst the rooms vary in size they were all very nice.
Our stay at this riad in Marrakech was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home.
We spent four wonderful nights in this riad. What can I say— we were welcomed and pampered at every moment. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
Riad Dar Kays is so so beautiful. It was newly renovated, so everything felt very clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. The riad itself has such a peaceful and cozy atmosphere.
Stayed at this beautiful Riad for five days and it was amazing! The owner Khalid and all the staff were very hospitable, kind and very knowledgeable.
Staying in this riad was honestly one of the most beautiful parts of my trip to Morocco 🤍✨

We visited here in Dec '25 and it was just the most lovely stay. We were actually in the Ria PETIT Karmela and it is literally just across the way from the main Karmela where you have breakfast.
I stayed at Riad Karmela during my time in Marrakech and couldn’t have chosen a better base. From arrival to departure, I felt genuinely cared for — not as a booking, but as a person.
What an absolute palace gem. Gorgeous aesthetics, artisan craftsmanship on doors, windows, pillars, ceilings. This was a dream trip and Riad Kniza fulfilled the accommodations fantasy.
We have been enjoying our stay at Riad Kniza. The location is very convenient for taxi drop off and a pleasant walk on a busy street to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Adam and his team have been great hosts.

We stayed at this beautiful riad in Marrakesh for two nights. It’s just a stone’s throw from the city center and is a truly lovely place, typical of the Moroccan riads in Marrakesh.
Really pleasant riad. Rooms are clean (although it can get noisy at night so bring earbuds with you, I think this is the nature of the positioning of most Riad’s so cannot blame the hotel).
From the moment we walked in, this riad truly felt like home. I didn’t expect to feel this comfortable and taken care of in Morocco, but this place exceeded all my expectations.

Riad Atrium & Spa is simply exceptional — a perfect blend of authenticity, atmosphere, and genuine Moroccan warmth.
We loved every minute of our stay, the Riad Atrium is beautifully decorated, so serene and immaculately clean.
We just left Riad Atrium Spa and we miss it already. From the cozyness of the room, cleaning and the incredible staff.
We stayed in two Riad’s in Marrakesh and Riad Abaca Badra felt more like a home, whereas the other felt more like a hotel.
Gilles is a fantastic host. Really makes you feel like home. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are beautiful.
A fantastic Riad! Incredibly helpful and attentive hosts, lovely breakfast, room was great value with an A/C that allowed us to come back and cool down at the hottest parts of the day.

Our stay at Izza was completely wonderful. The space is fantastic and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We met the manager as well who was really lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Staff is attentive to make sure each guest has a beautiful and welcomint experience. The room has a traditional maroccan riad spirit, same as the courtyard.
Pro: We love the breakfast. They changed the main course each day. Such a nice vibe to have breakfast at the terrace. The hosts (Marewa and Mohamed) are very hospitable.
Had the most relaxing massage today. We went in as a couple, and Meryam was incredible — she fit us in last minute and even gave us a full tour of the property.

I came here for a hammam, the staff was very warm and they offered tea and biscuits for my husband& kid while waiting for me. Hammam was an amazing experience that one must try when in Marrakech.

I cannot recommend this beautiful riad enough. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome.
Gorgeous little Riad in the top end of the Medina. The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you, even tracking down Earl Grey tea for us fussy Brits.
