BEWARE — This placed scams hotel guests who had already paid Booking. Com, once they arrived they were forced to pay the hotel again with claims that they would be reimbursed for the first payment but that never happened.
Requests have been demanded several times but no reimbursement has been made. Booking. Com claims they can not help, the bank can not verify the double payment because the hotel is registered under a different name. This particular sum is not much but how often does this establishment steal money from their guests?

I can't understand how this place could get bad reviews!? By FAR the best place we stayed in. Top service, superclean, spatious rooms, very good breakfast, very comfortable beds, hot water, heating, well maintained, really warm welcome, tastefully decorated, exquisite garden, the list goes on… The only authentic place up to western standards we came across during our month in Morocco. If you're looking for a quiet place just outside Marrakech look no further. Wish we could have stayed longer.
