Hotel Relax Marrakech

E truly enjoyed our one-night stay! Our room was clean, with a hot shower and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. The only minor issue was the slow Wi-Fi in our room.
We highly recommend this hotel. It's a peaceful spot with many restaurants nearby, and the shopping center is just a pleasant walk away.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Nice clean rooms, healthy breakfast buffet. (Do not hesitate to ask for fresh omlette, crepe or fried eggs). Clean pool with kids section on one side. Helpful and polite staff at reception, gate security and kitchen. Great location, lots of shops, activities nearby.
A local bus 12 takes you straight to Jema el Fna for 4 Dirhams which is great.
* only suggestion is to change see through windows in toilet and put locks on room windows.
We would love to come back at Hotel Relax in future.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was unprofessional, and the staff showed no concern for guest comfort. The room was not as advertised—dirty, poorly maintained, and lacking basic amenities. Despite raising my concerns, management was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issues. The overall experience was frustrating and not worth the price I paid. I do not recommend staying here, and I will not be booking this hotel again. I will not use booking anymore for my terrible experience in this hotel. In case if anyone book this hotel, you will lose your money without any service.

I had to escape first night I check in to the hotel during night!, and look for other hotel because I could not sleep. Room turned to main road, very loud noises from the road. Bad and old furniture. I did not get money back. I just paid this hotel evening, and I left at night. My friends stayed trying to sleep but they did not sleep even one minute during night, so loud is the road…

Lovely experience, the service is nice and staff are super friendly. Apart from not having a fridge or toothpaste in my room, everything else was great. Enjoyed my stay!

Hotel Relax was a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Marrakech. Although I encountered a clogged bathroom, the issue was promptly fixed as soon as I reported it.
The hotel offers currency exchange services with better rates than the airport, making it easy to get local currency without any hassle. It's also located next to a few shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience. Getting there by bus was straightforward, which is a plus for travellers relying on public transport.
Overall, Hotel Relax is a good place to stay in Marrakech, with helpful staff and a range of amenities that make for a pleasant experience.

The room is very nice and so is the staff. The pool is amazing, and there are 2 lifeguards keeping an eye on everyone and everything.
It's an ok hotel. I didn't eat at it because there are amazing places around it. Much cheap and more morrocon dishes.
There are allot of shops and corner shops are it.
The locations of the Hotel is more amazing then the Hotel it self.

BEWARE false marketing. I do not normally complain but I object to being conned. Arranged to meet family for a nights stay and relaxed meal with alcoholic drinks and wine prior to flight next day. Being mindful and respectful of alcohol restrictions in Morocco chose this hotel as it advertises a bar and alcoholic drinks in its marketing photos. Upon asking where the bar was I was told it had been taken out! If it had ever been there I’m not sure where it could have been located. Therefore had to take 20 minute taxi journey to a suitable restaurant catering for all requirements. The rooms are spartan no bottled water or tea or coffee making facilities. We had to leave early 6am at the time restaurant supposed to open no it didn’t! so no opportunity to get a tea or coffee.
Rooms are not sound proofed as we heard person in next room coughing and using the toilet also very noisy outside as our room was road side.
Booking. Com are trying to contact the hotel to address the false advertising and misrepresentation of facilities but they are not responding! I wonder why!

We spend two nights at this hotel, our room was clean, hot shower and comfortable bed including good breakfast, the only Wifi was slow on our room.
We strongly recommended this hotel to everyone, calm place and many restaurants are closer, also you can take a nice walk into the shopping center.

Avoided! At the beginning this hotel was very good, but lately a true disaster
Impossible to sleep with the bar downstairs of the hotel that puts the music in the background
I have claimed several times to the person of the reception who did not have a solution except to say claimed the next day

Hotel boff first night I had a room that had a door with the neighbouring room where there was a couple who had fun… at the time jha ask for another room which, unfortunately, is to find top of the cabaret du coup impossible to sleep before 2h/2h30 in the morning I ask for another room, but at home they told me not to worry they will end up at 1: 45 I didn't know what to answer either slap him or go back out into my room and close my mouth suddenly went … otherwise breakfast really boring also it is more interesting to go to take it out of the hotel, otherwise the rooms are clean, the staff is nice but I do not recommend except for a young couple who are not looking to sleep … for the same price there are more quiet brief experience mediocre but the price / quality ratio correct.
