I had a wonderful stay at the Riad Fatinat Marrakesh. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Everyone was so friendly and professional.
The room was absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortablel. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely experience. I truly recommend this place!

I came back to this magnificent Riad, Riad Fatinat. I was here last May and everything is the same, as beautiful as ever and the staff Hassan and Samir they are still as helpful, friendly and smiling as always. Really lovely to be back in Marrakech and Riad Fatinat.
This time I have a smaller room because I have booked a room for only one person. I had a beautiful Jawahir room.
The room, like the entire Riad, is very clean and full of wonderful details.
The bed is very comfortable, the room has air conditioning, a safe deposit box, free Wi-Fi access, free toiletries and a hairdryer. When you arrive, a bottle of water and lovely Moroccan cookies will be waiting in your room.
First of all when you arrive at the Riad, Hassan and/or Samir will meet you. They will warmly welcome you and offer you Moroccan mint tea and lovely cookies.
A rich, typical Moroccan breakfast is served upstairs on the nice terrace.
The riad is in a great location, in a safe and super quiet area in the Medina, a few steps from Zouk.
As I said before, the staff… Hassan and Samir are very helpful, efficient, unobtrusive and always with a friendly smile.
I still recommend 100% this beautiful Riad Fatinat.

My daughter and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at Riad Fatinat and it was a joy to stay there. Great location, a beautiful room, very friendly staff and a gorgeous roof terrace.
The breakfasts were delicious, the Riad was very quiet and we would highly recommend it. We can’t wait to return!
