I had to leave this riad early due to multiple issues during my stay.
The riad was extremely cold and the heating did not function. Guests were wearing coats during breakfast.
The bathroom had hygiene and maintenance issues, including a blocked shower drain that caused standing water. I also observed small cockroaches coming from the drain. The room and bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance, including damaged towels and surfaces that were covered with splatters and had not been properly cleaned.
Several amenities listed on the booking were not provided as described, including blackout curtains, bathrobes, and an in-room hair dryer (a shared hair dryer had to be requested each time).
This Riad was amazing, the AC was strong and cold, the Wofi worked great & there was a great space in the middle for working. The man Solomon helped us with our bags and made us an amazing breakfast & gave us a bunch of recommendations to try and see while we were staying in marrakesh. We wished we had booked for longer and really appreciated how friendly and kind the staff was! Very safe stay.

The staff was amazing. Owner Camilia arranged great trips for us and is super reliable. Rooms look greatand Arabic only showers could be a bit better. Breakfast perfect and can be used on the rooftop. Location couldn't be better. Not in the souk but 50m away but reachable for taxis.
