Stayed here for my birthday and the trip was amazing, I have visited Marrakesh many times however I will never be staying at coco canel. The manager Dominique is very sour towards certain guests (I assumed it is because we did not speak French very well) but he was very rude when I asked to send receipts and invoices for final payments on our stay. He spoke to other guests with a completely different manner to us which I find appalling from a manager.
The staff were not helpful at all, despite there being a language barrier I would still assume you would at least still try be a little accommodating but no we felt very judged and out of place.
I would much rather stay within the city. My previous hotel Diwane hotel was amazing. The staff were so attentive and the service was impeccable. I would not visit coco canel again and would not recommend to anyone considering.
