Staying at Alrashid Marrakech – Hotel & Spa was an absolute delight! The hotel blends authentic Moroccan charm with modern comfort, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly cozy. The staff deserves a special mention — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The spa is a real oasis, offering deeply soothing treatments that made my stay even more memorable. The location is great too, with easy access to the city’s vibrant spots. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Riad Al Rashid in Marrakech! The whole place is incredibly clean, beautifully designed, and truly feels like a calm oasis in the middle of the city’s chaos. It’s a little retreat that makes you instantly relax the moment you walk in — and honestly, it’s worth every penny.
A huge thank you to the reception team, especially Achraf and Yusuth (hope I spelled that right! ) — they were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Their customer service was fantastic and they really made our stay special.
The cleaning is a 10/10 — every day we had fresh sheets, the room always smelled amazing, and everything was spotless.
We highly recommend this riad! We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay here again.

This riad is very well located. It is close to two souk entrances and to some of the most beautiful old palaces. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean, the common spaces are very beautiful and enjoyable. The rooftop is well organised and has also an indoor room if the sun is too strong. The breakfast is very good and the staff is kind. I would go back or suggest it to friends.

We stayed in this lovely riad that smells amazing everywhere, very aromatic and relaxing. The aesthetic is beautiful and well-maintained, plus the location is great, close to Jemaa El Fna and Bahia Palace. However, the noise was a bit of an issue. The rooms aren’t soundproof at all. You can clearly hear other guests. The bathroom door lock was also quite heavy and made loud noises. On our second to last day, the main pool was closed for cleaning without any notice, which was a little disappointing, though they did offer access to the rooftop pool instead. The staff, however, were truly wonderful very friendly, accommodating, and hospitable. Breakfast was also delicious.

The most beautiful place in Marrakesh! Mohammed and the team couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay, the place is immaculate, clean, tidy, the decor is stunning! Food is great, the staff are just so helpful, friendly and made us feel so welcome and so looked after. I can’t imagine there is anywhere better to stay, just 5 minutes walk from lots of little shops in the market and only a short taxi from the airport too. If you’re looking for a calm relaxing luxury place to stay look no further than here! Thanks again 👌🏼

This Riad is a hidden gem in the Mellah quarter, beautiful and tastefully decorated room, stunning swimming pools and great breakfast — everyone was so nice and helpful, easily the best place we stayed Marrakech.
(tbh I really fell in love with the HUGE bathtub, joke you not it's like a swimming pool in your bathroom 😍)

This Riad was exceptional, the views from the terrace were outstanding and the decor inside was just as beautiful. The inclusive breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent — we truly felt like royalty. We stayed for just one night but the staff were happy for us to stay on the terrace before our evening flight which was very kind. We would like to say a special thanks to Jasmine who was very friendly and helpful.

We booked this Riad for 2 nights.
The location is amazing as it's very close to the Jemma El Fna and Bahia Palace, 5 min walk.
The Riad is beautiful and the service was very good.
We got the ground floor room which has no windows or natural night so felt a bit claustrophobic. Thankfully we were there for just 2 nights so were out most of the time.
Also, the breakfast menu changes everyday and is not shared with you prior. Everything is served on the table. Not a buffet system. Would have preferred if the menu would be shared once we check in to enable us to plan whether we want to have the breakfast or not.

We had booked for a week, but in the end we had to leave after two nights, the room we were given was under the kitchen, impossible to sleep for two nights. The overall soundproofing of the riad is castastrophic, which made the whole experience bad even if we can admit that the place is well decorated and the staff very kind. What's more, we'd also chosen this riad for its advertised heated swimming pool, but this was not the case. Unfortunately, the price didn't live up to our expectations. We were offered to change the room few days later, (would have meant no sleep for 4 nights out of 7). We had to pay an extra night for cancellation fees even though the problem came from the riad and not from us, no commercial gesture was offered. So, if you book this place beware of this.

We had the best time at the Alrashid riad. The service was fantastic, Yasmeen was always very friendly and helpful and it made us feel very welcome and at home. The riad is in the Medina so a bit chaotic outside but inside the riad there was a peace and quiet that we quite enjoyed. The taxi doesn’t stop in front of the riad and the road nearby is only one way so we were dropped in the main square in the Jewish district. It’s not a far walk from there but maybe you can get your taxi driver to drop you off in that one way road. We got the pink room and it was generally good, not much water pressure but enough to shower. It was leaking a bit so would be good for the riad to fix that. The breakfast was always the same with some changes (type of eggs 😝) but tasty nonetheless. The pool was too cold for us to enter but we stayed a bit at the rooftop just to chill on the beds. It was a good escape from the hustle of the Medina. I would recommend staying here, it’s a good location, walking distance from the Medina and attractions. You can definitely trust the riad in terms of safety and cleanliness.

I stayed at the Alrashid Marrakech for 3 nights in late August with my two children. We stayed in a Deluxe King Suite, which was a perfect size for us. This Riad is definitely a hidden gem within the heart of Marrakech. On entrance we were wowed by the layout and ambience of the Riad. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and taken care of from the get go. They were always on hand to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied too. We really enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace and having a splash around in the water.
I would like to say a huge thanks to the owner Hussein, Salima, Achraf, Samina, Wafa, Halima, Mounir and Jasmine for making our stay a memorable one. There is no doubt I will be back!
