Riad Eva

Nice riad in Marrakesh Medina, very close to Jemaa el fna square, but in a side road very quiet. Arthur and the woman for breakfast were wonderful hosts. Rooms a little bit too small. One sin only: we asked for some water in breakfast and we were asked to pay 10dra for the bottle…

We had a lovely time here. Very kind service and a great location. Beatiful riad. I would recommend to stay here if you visit marrakech!

Not suitable for lone female travellers or any female travellers. The Riad is down various back alleys of the soul where there are lots of various groups of males hassling for money, we were followed to the riad by a man demanding money from us, there was no one there upon arrival and we had to wait 10 mins ti get in, all the time being hassled by man who followed us. Once in room wasn’t ready, man sat us down tried selling excursions and breakfast, when room was ready it was in the courtyard where check in was, no windows and door that didn’t lock, we left without unpacking (there was nowhere in this tiny room to put anything).

We spent 2 nights here during our short stay in Marrakesh and were charmed by the genuine and heartfelt hospitality in every sense. We wish the team continuous success as we are convinced word of mouth is powerful and we are not the only ones warmly recommending it. Best wishes to you, Yolanda & Stefan.

This riad is amazing and recommended to every traveller. The host makes you feel very welcome and made this stay wonderful.
He arranged breakfast for us early and even prepared it himself early even though we played card games with him till very late.

I stated here for two nights with my partner and after the initial difficulty of finding it, we had a lovely stay.
We were welcomed with mint tea and taken to our room. A very quaint traditional Riad, well decorated and very calm compared to the busyness of the souks just round the corner.
A very central location so very easy to get to the medina, market stalls and restaurants.
Breakfast was served on the roof terrace which was lovely.
Staff were friendly and helpful — thanks for a great stay!

An oasis in the maelstrom that is Marrakech. Hidden in a laneway just off the main square this is a lovely place to relax in. A Rooftop terrace is a great place to while away the evening and hear the call to prayer.
Comfortable beds, fairly small rooms arranged around a courtyard. Small but adequate bathroom.
Worth getting a transfer as no taxi driver will ever find it.

Me and my friend stayed in Riad Eva for a few days. The guesthouse is located in Medina, a few minutes walk from the main square but far enough to be a quiet place. The rooms are fitted with Moroccan style and the building has traditional courtyard and great view from the top terrace. The rooms were frequently cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. Many thanks to Nordine and Samira who went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. They are great asset to this riad.
