Hotel de M… N go there ever dirty hotel staff unpleasant and aggressive food underneath everything is not that this is not good c is really infamous.

Hotel with more pretensions than actual merits. All in a slightly arabesque style a little kitsch. A little dirty and with ordinary food.

Attitude of the staff null, poor breakfast (orange juice butter honey and industrial jam saw the price of the room), charge 250 DH for access to the pool for my guest. Need a very stylish renovation. Swimming pool with screws with other buildings. Not to recommend at all.

+ very good food and noce room — no soundproofing. If you are unlicky to have a room facing the bulevard, it is super loud as the windows do not close properly and you here all cars. And there are losts of cars and motorcycles as this is the main bulevard of Fes.

The room is large with 2 gr. Beds. A small outlet is pleasant for smokers. The rooms to the street are infinitely noisy.

OK in the whole food rush QD There are low cost groups. You may need to take care of other customers who pay more than groups.

The Royal times are long gone. A few things work out quite well here. The doors for example… If they're not broken. The room was cold. Here is also winter. The breakfast is very spartan. Four stars… may have the cognac in the bar.

Absolutely amazing! Came here on our first trip to Morocco, blew us away immediately. Has a gorgeous sunset view. The facilities are luxurious and beautiful. The meals were wonderful, true traditional cuisine (deserts were my favorite).

This former Holiday Inn has large spacious rooms.
The hotel has undergone great restorations.
The new management has brought improvement in the quality of the buffets.
The accommodation team has been rejuvenated and LALLA said is in charge of the commercial.
The location of this great hotel is of choice to stay and visit Fes.

At the last minute the tourist agency changed us to this hotel which is the most decadent hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dirty with old and outdated furniture. The bathrooms are sloppy and broken. The mattresses and bedding have not been renewed in a couple of decades. The Wi-Fi runs intermittently. After the respective complaints I was moved from room that the only thing of different I had was the floating floor instead of the filthy carpet of the years 80. I find it completely unethical to be called this hotel as a 4 star when it looks like a roadside motel.

Nice cozy traditional place clean and… To try.

It's a nice non-industrial hotel with a beautiful lovely garden including lemon trees and a pool. I would certainly stay there again!

Very old hotel. Very bad service, front desk ask u for tip to check u in and they expect tips every time u need something. Rooms very old dose not deserve one star. I booked bcz of the pict online once I walk in I was shocked, I booke 1 week and let after one night.

Good hotel, only stayed one night.

The food is ok, they served a small variety of firsts and seconds but the deserts are great.

Very nice hotel, restaurant and friendly staff. If you don't like to sit in the reception or the hotel room during your free time, then hang out at the pool side. They also have kids playground and a little park. Rooms: 4 star — Good amenities but needs to focus on cleanliness and may need some upgrades in the bathrooms. Restaurant: 5 star — great selection of food, clean atmosphere (smoking lounge is separate) and friendly staff. The only thing I would recommend them is to NOT to separate the locals and foreign visitors in their dining area. I'd like to sometime be on the next table to locals and learn a thing or two from them about the culture, area etc. Service: 5 star — Excellent customer service.

One of the best hotels in my journey in morocco.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in may 2011, this former Sheraton. Nothing of a five-star in this hotel I didn't see. Moreover, the hotel has full absence of sound insulation (rooms connected by a wooden door), and in the next to my room noisy walked employees of travel agencies and at 3 a. M. I went to change the room. At this time, I saw in the hallway couple engaged in sex right on the coffee table near the Elevator. I just culture shock experienced, given that having sex in the corridor were not somewhere, and in a Muslim country! It seems that no security, no security cameras in the hallway of your stay.
The room is standard for a 4 star hotel, the furniture is not new to the square of the room. On site noticed pool, a garden around it and bar. Food (Breakfast) rather typical for 4 stars hotel than a 5 stars hotel (nothing outstanding, like fresh-squeezed juice, don't remember).
In General, for me it was the first hotel where I saw how people have sex in the hallway engaged.
