Bad experience, staff of the disrespectful panoramic restaurant: seated quietly we are told to sit on the terrace where it was cold or to leave the premises to make way for a group of strangers. All for a pseudo-ftour that is not worth the detour.

A good hotel to stay in, when visiting fes. The cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco. The location is good, not so far from the center of the city. The service is satisfying. The view at the rooftop restaurant is amazing, especially in the morning when taking breakfast.

Great service, impeccably clean rooms, and located well enough.

We went as a group. Several problems. Food is good Balcony door does not close all the way. Ashtray and cigarette smell in non-smoking room. Shower does not drain well. Old fashion keys. Customer service not the best. No hot water, they had to come and repair it. No ventilation in bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very mixed service: one younger gentleman was extremely nice & understanding whereas his counterpart tore his jacket off WWE-style and wanted to fight me over a billing mistake they made in the first place. Great rooftop restaurant though, & the breakfast was the best I've had to date in a hotel. Mixed bag.

Any place with a hot shower in Morocco gets 5 stars from me. Their international restaurant satisfies the whole family's taste. Great buffet breakfast including Harirra soup and m'smen. That alone gets my vote.

Staff too nice and professional, cleanliness, beautiful terrace, I wish you a good continuation and to the next inchallah.

Nice staff. The beautiful terrace. But performance to review a little. Hot and warm fruit juice and fruit salad.
