A very bad service, an executive who is not professional and who does not respect the customer, a tired manager who must retire and does not care about the reputation of the hotel continues to justify and trivialize the serious mistakes of employees a restaurant that sends you direct to the emergency I would never go back

I was in the cafebar. The waiters at the counter are very sly. When I paid in order to leave he put the money in the drawer and left to the kitchen to make me forget about how much I gave him. And to make me forget about the change.

Excellent view of the ancient city of Volubilis. Reasonable rates for a luxury hotel, situated within easy walking distance.

Good location, grate garden and pool. Not too pricey, but the Wi-Fi connection can give you headaches. The rooms are a little bit outdated.

The location is very good, in one of the better areas of Fes. The rooms are okay. We are here in Africa, there are damaged tiles etc. Normal. The service is poor. The buffet in the evening and at breakfast is very bad. The dining room is rather too small. The doors will open at point 8 o 'clock in the evening. Everyone pounces on the buffet at the same time. If you don't do it that way, but you wait for something, there are no more plates. Conclusion the total chaos. The food is okay — when you finally have it. At breakfast, the choice is modest. For example, there is No fresh fruit like watermelons etc.

Hotel friendly and very well place. Room very clean. Breakfast very nice but uneplus great variety in the repasdu evening would be welcome. Swimming pool very pleasant.

One and a short night spent here: clean, well maintained hotel, spacious room and close to European standards. Wi-Fi correct. I'll do it again.

I would recommend this hotel inchallah for my every holiday I'll spend a stay there.

This 4-star hotel is located in the heart of FES, just 1.2 miles from the train station. The hotel's outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
All rooms and suites have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and wardrobes. They also have a work desk and a private bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer.
Hotel Volubilis's on-site restaurant offers traditional Moroccan specialities and international dishes, while the bar serves drinks. A buffet breakfast is prepared every morning.
Free parking is available on site. Fez-Saïss airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The hotel is 6 km from the University and the Al Quaraouiyine mosque and 4, 3 km from Médersa Bou ' Inania.

Old furniture, hotel that really needs a renovation and especially modernization nothing to unfortunately changed since my last stay here. Only one lamp works in the room. It is a pity because the hotel is well placed but it does not deserve its 4 stars. I hope the actionn6vont move a bit, I really do not recommend it even though the staff is fine.

Very basic Buffet. Cold in the room, not enough shower products and lukewarm shower water. Bathroom Otherwise very nice, welcoming and smiling.

Low Wi-Fi connection, good hospitality, no dry cleaning and no iron.

Good Hotel The room was very good. But I would like to emphasize the help that we Mourad, (Hotel maintenance technician) with a problem in our vehicle. In 15 minutes he knew what he needed and got some pieces for my bike that were not easy to find. A 10 for this worker!

Spacious rooms with air conditioning, comfortable beds. Antique toilet, showers with curtains. Cold hallways, with current. Nice common areas. Good cafeteria. The restaurant was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Ok. This hotel operates in the Travel Groups segment. Accordingly, the small détails are sometimes missing in whole or in part. (Wi-Fi eg)

Way. No chair, not a glass even a plastic cup in the room. At 8pm The buffet was empty after the passage of a group… More expensive drinks than anywhere else. Room OK but not top heating.

4star hotel, not up to standards… sorry to inform so Breakfast was pittiable Wi-Fi rarely works.

First of all, the rooming is old. There is no renovation, as not to modernize it but to make the place comfortable and suitable for living space. The door has been forced open by the sign of broken lock. Sound proofing is very bad, so neighbours can hear each other. House phone is dead, so when people on above floor start moving steel chairs and table @00.30AM things are getting out of hand. No comm means no way to ask hotel staffs to deal with the situation. 30 minutes later, I had to get out of my bed, my room and shout to people above from the garden. That's it.

The best honey moon night I had.

Horrible. Cockroaches in buffet area, hallways and bathroom. AC is not turned on in the dining area. Food Service workers were rude. Tables didn't have napkins. Bottled water were guarded like it will be stolen. Not recommended.

Hotel says 4 star but lacks fridge, kettle and ironing services.

The hotel architecturally is very nice and clean. But, my experiences with 4 stars hotels doesn't fit with this one. (to be fair this is the second hotel I've tried in Morocco and it seems the services standards are lower in Morocco in general). The room is large viewing the pool, very nice view. Nice Landscape. But, things seem a bit old, no fridge, no safe, no hairdryer, no tissues, to trash can and the phone doesn't work though they did try to fix it. The toilet is large, but the additions are less than minimum. They put one soup, two small packets of cleansing gel that will serve as shampoo and shower gel, which means only one person can take a bath. That's it, nothing more in the shower, not a conditioner, no shower gel, no shower cap… The breakfast buffet is very low on variation The staff are very nice and cooperative. If they add the accessories the hotel will be extremely better. But it had been really enjoyable visit, if you don't care about accessories.

When we arrived at the hotel, around 2p. M the staff didn't have any reservations with our name even though we had a confirmation e-mail. After filling out forms and raising the price (58€) plus charging us with tax (2€ per person per day) we were brought to our rooms and they weren't ready either. Beds unmade and bathrooms dirty. So, we asked to speak to the manager whose only commentary was that they didn't work yesterday but by then it was already 3.30 in the afternoon. So, first impression :Rude staff, overpriced hotel that definitely doesn't deserve it's four stars. And it's very far from the center, the Medina. We left and found another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I stayed in this hotel last year while I was recovering from a leg injury. I booked a room online and wasn't quite sure what to expect before I arrived. The hotel turned out to be very nice with spacious rooms. The hotel have me a room on the first floor which was right next to the pool. The room also had a small outside patio which made the room feel even more open and spacious. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to to accomodate me. When my initial booking was about to expire they let me rebook at the online rate I was initially given. I doubt there's a better value in Fes. Very highly recommended.

I loved it. Nothing to say everything is exceptional … Nice hotel well located. Friendly and helpful staff thanks to the entire hotel team.

The hotel is well, almost satisfied except that a member of the reception lah yehdih is not at all welcoming, refuses to smile is rather rude!
Otherwise the rest is nice!

We are a group of 19 on a football tour. Staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is very pleasant with a lovely lobby area to relax, spacious, and well decorated rooms with comfortable beds and private balconies. There is a pool, sports courts and a fabulous garden at the rear overlooking the rooms to help visitors really settle in. … I would happily recommend Hotel Volubilis as a place to stay.

Not very fancy but OK hotel.
Very good service for the price.
