A very warm welcome and a guest relations (Fatimazahra) very nice and caring. I was delighted to stay at the hotel. The staff are smiling from the hotel entrance to the exit. I recommend.

As a Lifetime Titanium Elite we were upgraded to the Ambassador Suite… wow… spacious room with a dining and sitting area on a high floor overlooking the massive pool. Very quiet, excellent AC and impeccable service from the staff.

Great hotel very clean and very well located for unbeatable value for money superb welcome and receptionist and staff available at all hours very nice and very discreet.

Tastefully decorated, Great amenities and above all friendly and polite staff who goes an extra mile to help! Loving it staying here with my family. Kudos and keep up the good work!

During our stay here, everything have been lovely. The staffs are helpful, polite and some really took the extra mile to help. Rooms are amazing and very comfortable. The location is perfect from a short walk to the local cafes or the beautiful boulevard of restaurants, cafes and shops. Which runs for miles.
Love it so much that we have booked for a few days before our return flight home.

Awesome property. It gives 1930’s US luxury with an extremely modern feel. Huge pool with a large and fully equipped fitness center. 99% of the staff was extremely accommodating and seemed to fully understand great customer service. I took a taxi to a bus to a ferry to a train (15 hours) to get here and I’m so glad I stayed at this property!

Amazing hotel in Fes! My only complaint is the restaurant hours I think as an international hotel the restaurants should be open all the time.

All beautiful and perfect… A dream hotel, I did not like the attitude of the restaurant waiters towards us, just because we were on an organized tour and we were entitled to a dinner, we were embarrassed. From such a hotel and category I expect more professionalism!

Very classy hotel. I had a great family stay. I advise families with 2 children or 3 to take the family suite on two levels with two bathrooms. Personally, ours was the 136 away from the noise. Top.

The place is beautiful I would say magical the staff is caring Rachide at the super nice welcome service the ladies never stop to check the cleanliness of the rooms impeccable thanks Akima good team always present.

Fabulous facility but the worst customer service ever. Couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi for more than an hour due to the errors with their system. One of the bellboys gave me disgusting look when I tipped him with coins. Also they served us wrong food at the italian restaurant that’s on the ground floor, dolce vita, and tried to charge us for that for three times — waitresses were surprisingly rude. Food was great though, shoutout to the chef.

A two-storey family room? Good condition ~ This lamp is too short, I got up when the head cracked two pieces of glass.

All in all, the hotel can be considered as a 4 Star City hotel in North Africa. The hotel is located about 5km away from the medina in a closed area.
The complex is quite spacious and pleasantly designed. In the middle of the complex is the large swimming pool with lounge areas, snack bar and the separately built spa and fitness centre.
The fitness center is a cracker for a hotel, by the way. Really first cream.
But beware: we were there at the end of March 2018 and the pool is being renovated. At the pace of the day, this probably lasts until the end of April/May 2018 until the pool is usable again. For us no drama because we were there for City holidays — but if you want to relax 1-2 hours by the pool, this is just suboptimal.
The work was otherwise not annoying — only the pool is not usable.
Accessibility from the airport: we travelled by taxi from the airport and I would recommend it too. Tip: Before boarding the driver, please check the price including luggage. Colleagues sometimes refuse to do something but remain hard. Then you also pay the advertised 120 to 150 mad to the hotel (12 — 15 EUR).
Note: We drove back to the airport at 4:30 and the driver then wanted the double price because "Night Ride". Luckily we still had cash. No idea whether the rip-off or actually is — but let live and live.
Rooms: The rooms are spacious, for the standard there very well equipped with large TV, safe and fridge but quite noisy.

This place is exceptional for me beloved.

My family and I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any request we had. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants, as there were many options very close by which were much more reasonably priced. The room was clean, and kept clean throughout our stay. We were there over New Years and while there was a gala going on in the hotel, we were oblivious to any noise they may have been making. NB — any services you request from the front desk (ie. Tours, taxis) will likely cost you more than what you can obtain elsewhere. In most cases, you are getting what you pay for (a taxi on the street is not going to be as nice as the company the concierge will call you) so if you are wanting to save a few $$$ you may choose to look outside for some of the things you need.

The location is the best in the center and the hotel have many spaces to use if needed.

Beautiful hotel with a fabulous pool that is just what you need in the hot Moroccan afternoon! We were a bit disappointed as there was a pair of dirty underwear left in the room and the staff asked us for tips, plus came into the room without knocking on two occasions (luckily we were clothed! ) Overall a nice place to be.

Newly renovated, good furniture but staff irregular: the waitress and maitre were very helpful and friendly but no Cook in show cooking for omelets and the cashier was a little too serious.

Great pool, good rooms most of the service staff are excellent and can't do enough to help. The staff at the front desk can be a little distracted in their attention. The Moroccan restaurant is v good although expensive. The onsite Italian restaurant is best avoided and was our worst meal in Fes. The pool staff do an awesome job please tip them they deserve it.

Great location and excellent service. Staff is attentive and courteous. Khalid, the facilities/ pool manager is very customer service oriented and driven to deliver great care. Khalid made a huge difference to our stay by stepping in to help when we had issues with malfunctioning AC in our room. He worked hard to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

This is by far the best Marriott I have ever been to and I have been to so many around the world. The staff are unbelievably awesome! truly highly respectful and extremely polite! The Moroccan architecture is amazing. My only request is for them to pay attention to some maintenance issues in the room, such as light switches. Deep cleaning of corners would be important as well. But again, the place is beautiful and employees are very very very kind! Including Manager Ms. Azadou who has welcomed my family in person. Thank you for your hospitality, I feel like I had a wonderful time.

A perfect place to stay in the new town of Fez, with ambiance of a Moroccan palace.

New, clean, quite, great food, helpful staffs, nice facilities.
