I really liked this hotel. It's regularly priced. 1100 a double room. The rooms are spacious and have two swimming pools. I liked that I was carrying a trailer and they offered me a special place to place it. I also understand that they have villas within the same hotel. It's huge.

Very spacious salon for medium to big events. Very nice W. C. And a nice open space for smokers.

Good rooms. Great service! Zacatecas it's a beautiful place. Them girls are so pretty.

It has a central location. I loved the service. What if I disliked it was the maintenance they give to electronic devices, the air conditioning system and the mains system.

A very nice place to rest, comfortable rooms… One detail I loved was that I wanted to buy some bottles of water because we were thirsty and gave us, we were 8 and gave us the 8 bottles, nice detail.

Rooms are good and has good price, apart from that this very large and nice hotel, but they go several times that open the bathroom doors or turn off the lights so do not be frightened, apart the hotel is near the center.

The room is spacious and always neat but with an inefficient organization. They publish schedules to use the pool, and as I was on a business trip, I organize my times to just enjoy an hour of relaxation but it was already closed, I called the front desk to clarify if it happened accidentally closed and I got a lot of ridiculous excuses Until I concluded that I was receiving maintenance.
On a business trip you plan a hotel that offers services to relax you after a busy day and it is a complete irony that the small organization of the hotel that you stay ruined your rest.

I liked how private it can be and how quiet Q m I spent. Q m not liking passes the train very close and Q I have the dream light. Your attention is very good. And the bar prepares rich cocktails.

It was a great experience but the parking Lot isnt the best.

They should have trained employees to treat customers. It would give better image.
I would not recommend it, I had to go somewhere else because I booked and paid for PriceTravel and they did not respect my reservation.

It's a good hotel. It's not fancy. But it is very big that even has its own mine, which impressed me. Small rooms and you hear a lot of the noise. But there are other more expensive rooms that I think would avoid the problem. Very friendly staff. The food well. Acceptable. In the rooms is missing a table. It has two very good pools. I would stay there again. The location is good.

Clean and nice enough. The décor is very bad taste. Its design is "rare", ugly, and impractical. We Were at the end of the year dinner which was lousy in every way. The only thing that's really worth it is the pool.

Location is very good, very close to downtown about 5 min in car 20 walking. Clean room, confortable and nice service. The hotel has a mine which you can go and explore.

Clean rooms and great prices. Staff very attentive. We went during busiest time of the year and we had room keys within 5 minutes.
