Es un bonito lugar para pasar una o dos noches de hospedaje, queda a solo 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad y esta muy cerca de una gran plaza comercial. El hotel esta en gran estado, es nuevo y la atención por parte de los trabajadores fue excelente!

The facilities are in good condition, it is modern, the staff attentive and friendly. The only thing I did not like was the food, ate the same thing all weekend and was missing the dishes.

Good hotel good breakfast, food a la carte mala, do not leave enough amenities, and the furniture is deteriorated, the bathroom smells bad.

Very mediocre dinner for the price. The room is very nice. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Everything about our stay was WAY too expensive for what services were offered and, in general, the service was just poor. No way I would ever stay there again.

The restaurant is not good. We were for breakfast and dinner, in none of the cases was it worth the pay. The hotel, like all the chain, clean, comfortable. It is on the road, so for convenience it is a very good choice.

Comfortable rooms but no shuttle to the airport. No ATM for cash to get a taxi to the airport.

Modern and comfortable Hotel. The staff was very friendly and friendly. The only bad thing is that it doesn't include breakfast. The location is very close to a shopping plaza and in a modern area of the city.

If you are looking for comfort and good care, you will find it safe here. Very good experience, all in excellent condition. The cleanliness and attention on the part of the staff is not said. The food we ordered in the service to superior rooms rich and very abundant.

Everything was top notch and welcoming. Nestor at the front desk was cordial and attentive to every detail. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and the meeting areas for business activity are very useful.

Good place to stay in the city of Zacatecas. It is located at the entrance to this locality so the center is somewhat removed. It Is A recently opened hotel so its rooms and facilities are very new and well maintained. It Has ample parking and you can have breakfast at this hotel by paying an additional fee.

Well I had been at this hotel a few times, but this one it was completly wrong. The hotel its beside a hampton inn or a city express hotel, both are better and cheaper. When I arrived they werent able to open a check with my american express, so every sercive I needed I payed at the moment for it. The rooms are not more new look alike, the towels seems to be used lots of times, every corner was damaged. But then I want to rest and order room service, wrong idea, they make me wait 1hr, similar to leaving the hotel to a good restaurant, but that was not the biggest problem, the quality of the order was a shame, I order tacos, but it was really bad quality and also I order a shake I return it because it was not posible to drink it, but they didnt bring a new one, but charged me for it. Next day I was really hungry and I discover a brakefast buffete of thw worst quality ever, its a shame because fiesta in its a good hotel but dont go to this one.

Been many times. This time I have many problems on they room and restaurant.

The service is a little slow to check inn, but from then on everything more perfect, rich super restaurant, rooms spacious and comfortable, the only thing I didn't like was parking, there in more perfect everything.

Ubicación bien. Solamente tenían habitaciones de fumadores, aunque tenía reserva confirmada. El restaurante en el desayuno muy mal. Los chilaquiles batidos, frijoles fríos, se quedaron sin splenda o algo parecido.

Excellent service but the food tastes last salt… Hence in most everything is correct.

The service in reception is not as dedicated when there is a lot of demand, don't be surprised if they fail to comply with any promise when there is some event in the city.
