Excellent hotel, very nice and a very good location within zacatecas.

Regrettable service, at reception, valet staff and nefarious parking, in such a beautiful city is tarnished with this bad service, I recommend visiting Zacatecas but I do not know stay in this hotel exist. Others with qualified staff and better facilities.

There is no air conditioning at this hotel. It is definitely hot at night, and occasionally a street parade that goes on until at least 3 am. So despite their advice of "leaving the windows open", you just won't sleep. Stay ANYWHERE else.

The location is perfect for exploring the center of Zacatecas, its museums, restaurants and churches on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

In the central downtown area. There is a cathedral very close by and plenty of local shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Terrible experience.

The hotel is very nice, on a farm of several hundred years and next to the Cathedral of Zacatecas. The rooms are small and OJO, there is no air conditioning, to say the staff "in Zacatecas does not need air conditioning" but in the staff I could not sleep due to the heat. There is a ceiling fan but it is too noisy and does not tw let sleep.

The service of the Restaurant is very bad, the hostess very rude and sarcastic, on Sunday there is buffet tea but it becomes too saturated; We were given table in the courtyard, which is a long way from the food and there are no waiters who attend in that area, I had to draw the attention to the captain of waiters to be cared for. The food is medium good and the price is very high for what it is, I think you pay more for the location of the hotel than for the food. I have two girls 3 and 4 years old and the cost of the buffet is $150.00 c/u, in fact it's the first time i've been charged for them in a hotel and we're frequent flyers and we've stayed at many hotel chains: Fiesta Americana, Sheraron, Marriott or Westin doesn't charge for kids that age. We definitely do not stay at this hotel again and do not recommend anyone to do so.

Beautiful hotel next to the cathedral with views of La Bufa. Most rooms have inside courtyard view, but some on the fourth floor have balconies. Limited underground parking with courteous and helpful attendants. Breakfast Buffet is delicious with an assortment of foods to choose from. Will be back.

I was attending a social event, the waiters were so kind, it seems like a luxury hotel because of the attention of all the people who works there.

I really liked the buffet. Very good quality and price. They have some bread balls that come out every hour that are very good. The fruit, chubby and fresh tortillas are very good. The service is also very good, all very attentive, they come and offer you fresh bread and waiter very attentive of what is missing.

In the city center, very nice hotel, delicious food, all close, opposite the folklore festival. The only point against it is the charge per day in the parking lot. Other than that, all excellent! Spacious rooms, very comfortable mattresses.

Nice hotel with excellent location facing the cathedral, spacious and functional rooms. The bed is not the most comfortable but it fulfills its function. The pillows could also be more comfortable.

Hotel located in the center of the Brotherhood and colonial Cd of Zacatecas, with first attention, clean room, beds with excellent mattresses, tasty buffet and if I would book again.

A nice place, good service good taste in your food, the location in the center of the city favors a lot if you want to go for a walk, but it is somewhat cumbersome if you come in vehicle, you lack pool, but outside of that all good.

A hotel with a privileged location, the facilities very good and nice, but the treatment of the staff is very cold especially in reception, are limited to give you the key without indicating where is the room or offer assistance with luggage, only the waiters of the Restaurant are cordial and attentive with a smile.

Excellent location and price! You have to make reservations, but it is great to leave the hotel and have the historic center in front of you… The breakfast buffet is delicious although it is not included it's worth… I will definitely be back:)

The best hotel in the heart of the city comfortable rooms staff in general very young but very friendly.
Breakfast in the restaurant is buffet style with a variety of dishes and one of its peculiarities is that they offer freshly baked bread.
It has parking in Zacatecas we could say that is a great luxury.
More than half of the tourist attractions you can visit without using the car highly recommended.

Only lack a little better taste to the food, as location and comfort is fine for a colonial city.

The hotel/ location itself was good but the service, people, room were not as good as I thought it would be. My room's furniture were either old or ripped and the staff VIOLATED my privacy by entering the room while I was out touring with family. Also, complaining about something they didn't mention at first and charging me more because of their mistake of not giving out more information. Lastly, having the staff following me out the hotel was very uncomfortable and could hear them criticizing me as if I were a type of criminal.

In a beautiful city, this a lovely Hotel built the last century with uses, customs, ideas and staff criteria of the same century.
1) Very expensive to give you a room with broken covers, broken armchairs, plus a dirty old carpet.
2) The reception attended by a non-criterion and slow type.
3) In a clear violation of your privacy and security, at the first opportunity you are not, enter your room to ¨ checar´que all is well. Despite having the privacy announcement.
Be careful!
4) NO Pets allowed!, … but they don't tell you when you register. To be able to charge more with the excuse that it is not allowed.
End up paying more… than in the most expensive Hotel in Zacatecas. Abusive!

I found the accommodation's are very well kept up. Housekeeping does a great job, all the staff in every part of hotel services are great. The rooms are clean comfortable and fairly large uncles in our room is doing dsize are for entertainment with a separate TV we have two on our rooms on the 3rd floor. The only item we wish they would have included is the option for the hotel to provide transportation to and from the airport and to the bus station.

10/10 would recommend. The location is convenient, there is a great view from any room. In addition, every aspect of the decor spoke Zacatecas. The only flaw would be that their restaurant could be better, limited options. But great service overall.

My wife and I spent 10 days here, and found this hotel to be just right in terms of location (not too much traffic, but close to all that you might need), and the staff was unfailingly hospitable, polite, and helpful — in fact, once we got to know each other they were downright friendly! The serve-yourself style restaurant was superb, offering a very tasty, if limited, menu. The breakfast is spectacularly good, offering virtually anything you could wish for in a breakfast. By the time we left, we felt like family. By the way, the neighborhood is fascinating, with something of interest in every direction. When we return, this is where we will stay.

A very nice hotel and central. The problem are the accesses. The parking lot is too small for maneuvering and can fit a few vehicles. For what else is very good. It is a luxury.
