Beds were fantástic, internet with a fast speed, but the breakfast was bad.

Muy buena atención aun cuando llegamos tarde fue excelente, amables de principio a fin, dando solución a nuestras necesidad. La comida fue buena, la habitación limpias, Falto un poco de agua para beber ya que la habitación fue para 4 y solo dejaron para 2. Desayuno buffet bueno y atentos a las necesidades de los comensales.

La ubicación es buena si vas a algo relacionado sobre trabajo o negocios, se encuentra muy cerca de galerías y del Palacio de convenciones. Queda a unos 10 min del centro.

The Pro's: hotel rooms are modern, comfortable bed, the hotel has plenty of parking spots and free complementary breakfast. The con's: A/C for the hallways and lobby was turned off and the local weather was hot, the hallways look dirty.

It's a very professional hotel but the service at the restaurant is too slow.

This hotel is located near main malls and the airport. The staff is always nice and willing to help.

The hotel is very comfortable the rooms very clean although the staff of the restaurant leaves much to be desired although it is a buffet you have to be more attentive the tips are won with attention.

It is close to a square and a gas station and is very convenient, the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, the attention is excellent and the gym is well equipped. For the price it has is very very well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They always solve any inconvenience in a timely manner, that's something of a lot of value. The Office area (business) is highly accessible. And speaking of the breakfast included in the rate, it is buffet and with much good taste and, as you expect, varied. In conclusion, highly recommended.

The room is nice bed great, shower door didn't shut all the way and no hot water but the front only took about 10 min to fix.

Only rest take care about the little details: one screw, bathroom strainer better, (it is not dirty), some little details about maintainence. Good place, average price. Do I recommend? yes.

Cuando llegamos al hotel era de madrugada y fue un poco tardado que nos asignaran habitacion, a pesar de que no habia mas personas esperando y ya teniamos una reservacion previa. Fuera de esto Las habitaciones son muy comodas y el hotel en general esta muy bien.

Everybody is so friendly, Edith at the restaurant so nice and eficient, as well as the shuttle driver, good place for families, clean and safe place, I stayed here with my family I defenetly recommend this hotel and their rates good too.

Excellent hotel even though the foci of the hallways titireteaban apparently they were about to merge but they were more than half of the foci.

The place is very clean. Bed is supper comfortable. Breakfast is delish. Mall, Gas station and restaurants near by.

I loved it! Excellent facilities, and the staff very warm and attentive to the needs. Only it would need the chain to hire more staff for the breakfast area bufette in high season, because those who work there, do it with intensity but did not give enough.
