Location it's great, service it's ok and the rooms are pretty nice, however the iron and the iron board in some rooms needs to be change it.

Very Nice place in an equally beautiful area, Merida's main street with a colonial construction, like the adjacent buildings, a very nice concept, double or single room fee per night in promotion of 1200.00, rooms with the basics but cute.

The hotel is noisy you hear the voices of the adjoining rooms the beds 1 little hard something old the location is optimal the Buffet of the restaurant needs variety just give eggs and 3 more dishes.

Great location. The people are very friendly and they manage to make the passes excellent. The rooms are not small but they are a bit fair.

Food is not great, pillows and bed not comfortable, the gym is a joke, staff friendly and helpful but managemnt needs to keep it better.

The food, I just went to eat and it's very traditional. No very good and abundant dishes for those who like me love the challenges. In just one occasion I visited the place and ordered a spaghetti Bolognesi, only average and also a cream of broccoli. The two dishes made me dream to go out. Do not hesitate not a moment to know that they will have a quick attention, friendly and in a personal aspect because if I recommend it. And I appreciate the recommendation.

I went to have breakfast at the restaurant and it was nice, the prices are quite fair and I think the only complaint is that the room is too small and they can not fit many people.

A very nice hotel with a great price. The amhabitaciones are very comfortable and the staff excellent. I don't qualify it with 5 for the jacuzzi which needs a little maintenance.

I do not know if it was distracted the cleaning staff who did not make change of towels, the floor sticky of the room in general and without water bottles. Out of those details, all excellent.

The hotel is great and much more its restaurant that has the best dishes on the best view of Paseo de Montejo. Exceptional and something you should not miss for a business afternoon or a morning coffee.

It is a good hotel and possibly the best in Merida. Great location, good facilities but the attention and the restaurant are the weak point. The attention is not bad but they seem to me of little criterion and slow to solve problems.

Only stay there for one nigth we got there kind of late, very nice lady at the front desk, beautiful and very clean hotel wish we had stayed there for more days very comfortable beds the only thing they are kind of small but very comfy and clean, hot and cold water, it had free parking we got a room with a balcony very nice lots of trees around, the restroom was super clean thw only down side to it was the shower wall was very close to tge toilet other than those two little things our stay was very nice, I do recommend it.

The hotel is well located as it faces one of the busiest streets. It is a little removed from the Centre, but can also be reached on foot to it. Facilities at the hotel are nicely neat and the staff is always very attentive. They have Internet, a small gym and parking, but this space is not very big.
We inform us of several tours and things of interest to tourists asking at the front desk of this hotel and they are responsible for aside and others if you want.

A new, very nice hotel in Merida's most beautiful Avenue, paseo de montejo.

Their beverages had too much ice and water, you usually pay for a good flavor, but adding too much ice feels like a rip off, even the coke had a watered flavor.

I am pleased to be able to eat at an affordable cost, with a well stocked and tasty Executive menu. Wait staff was friendly and timely. I suggest to include other creams, I love the of broccoli but I would like to be able to choose one of corn, gitomate or onion.

A hotel where you can enjoy your stay in Merida, Yucatan and enjoy delicious food with local, national, and international.

5-star Hotel with cosy rooms and a classic style, the gym is a little cramped but excellent for a cardio workout, your restaurant with an exquisite menu.

We came to Merida to visit friends. They recommended this place as a moderate priced hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff was so helpful, the rooms were clean and the rooftop terrace has a killer view of the city scape. It is right on the major arterial "Paseo Montejo" which is within a 45 minute walk to the main plaza (but a taxi is always available). The architecture here is beautiful and two major grocery stores are within a 3 minute walk to pick up essentials. We like to stay in places with refrigerators and microwaves but the only amenity here was a refrigerator in the suite so we opted for the basic room as we were going to be out most of the time we were here. I recommend this hotel for a moderate priced stay in the heart of Merida.
