If you want to rest in your next vacation, this boutique hotel is an excellent choice. Only a dozen rooms, and only a few blocks from the Cathedral. A hotel where you still leave the key to your room at the reception, where you will find 2 Parrots (Soraya and Hugo? ), and 3 cats (2 on the ground floor) and 1 on the floor of the views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Don't expect a typical regional menu, it's rather international. If you're driving, you can leave it parked in front of the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and includes a hammock. Room 108 faces the front of the hotel and is in a corner, very large size. The restaurant closes at 7pm, but next to a bar (the catrina), in case you need to cool off.

This hotel is beautiful with old Spanish style rooms that are large and gorgeous. The location is at the foot of Paseo De Montejo making it about a 20 minute walk to the main Plaza. However, St Lucia is only about a 7 minute walk. Parking is secure but you have to go inside the hotel to request parking each time which is a little annoying because of the one way streets. You do however have street parking as an option. On Saturday nights, you will have a party right on the street of the hotel which is pretty cool.

Hotel in a good location, close to the central streets. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great and the room wonderful with shower, Jacuzzi, hammock in the room and other goodies… Great.

Well not so much is found in the mere auction of Paseo de Montejo is a nice and cute place to spend a nice time or past. Recommended. Good service!

It breathes peace and tranquility, an excellent place to talk and very exclusive, in addition to its bakery and very fine pastry.

The best iced cappuccino I have had… Anywhere… EVER. It was so finely blended I thought I was having a malt instead of coffee. Service was excellent too.

We loved our week at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, with quiet AC and ceiling fans, and a good sized bathroom. They provide bottled water in the room every day, and there is a large water dispenser outside the room, so you can fill up as much as you need, when you want it. We used the hammock in the room and in the common area quite a lot, which was lovely. The pool is quite small, but was more than enough to take a cooling dip in the afternoon. The courtyard is beautiful and relaxing, and the cafe fed us well. Do note that the continental breakfast that comes with the room consists of coffee, choice of fruit plate or fruit juice, and toast with jam. You can order more for breakfast and just pay for whatever the extra cost was. They also have lunch and a nice selection of sweets. The location was perfect, as it is right at the end of the Paseo de Montejo, and is a short walk into the more boisterous center by the zocalo.

The restaurant is excellent in service and attention. The food is top notch and the place is in very good taste.

The Hotel Casa San Angel is almost perfect! Why wouldn't it be perfect? Because it is not free hehe is a hotel of very good quality, very clean, very spacious, very comfortable, rather elegant and somewhat economical. Apart from its good location and its nearby shopping area you will find many activities in and out of it, especially the food is delicious. A very complete hotel that is of no use that I tell them because I do not know if you believe me, it is always best to check for oneself and seriously are not going to regret, is quite elegant and meets expectations if because if. Arriesguence say if that is said, hehe are worth it seriously they will enjoy it. Having a nice afternoon is a very good place. Excellent hotel! They can't have a better choice. Take advantage there are good promotions, nice and cheap hehe I recommend. If you don't like it just don't come back, but I guarantee you'll be back. Hehe Chau enjoy it.

It is a small hotel butique with beautiful facilities with a romantic touch, has a very good restaurant that has both dishes of the Yucatecan food as common food and desserts, has a gift shop with fine crafts from various states of Mexico, is located on Paseo Montejo.

Cute exclusive hotel with 12 rooms, good location and two old kittens of the landlady who roam the place.

Very nice place, I recommend that they come, the food and this in a place where every Saturday there are events.

We visited here for lunch, which was very, very good… freshly made guacamole and great enchiladas in red sauce. The dining room and hotel lobby were like stepping back in time… very authentic appearing Mexican atmosphere and decor. Gift shop however was typical overpriced items you would find everywhere in Merida. All in all, glad we found this place!

Great stay at Casa San Ángel. It's location is perfect: an easy walk to the center as well as to Paseo Montejo. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the restaurant has delicious breakfast, and the hotel itself is very well kept. I loved the courtyard!

Nice looking hotel but they tried to rip us off. Stopped in for a couple drinks. When we received the change from paying our bill we realized that 200 pesos our our change was well hidden under the receipt in the folder instead of being with the rest of the change. Could tell they hoped we would not notice and would just collect the main stack of pesos when we left. Will let friends know to stay away and will not go back!

Between the rooms, the absolutely stunning courtyard, tan the friendly, amenable staff, this hotel is worth every penny spent. I will be staying here again.

My husband and I had breakfast at the hotel yesterday and it was AMAZING! The staff was wonderful and even helped me take a call from my airline that was trying to deliver my lost luggage. They directed them to the hotel and my luggage for me while we toured the area even though we weren't guests. I can't wait to go back again!

Very expensive for what it is. Good location at the beginning of the Paseo Montejo and the Centre.
