Nice place to arrive in merida. It has an excellent location at the center of Mérida Yuc. Mex.

Great hotel! Very comfortable, clean, air-conditioned accommodations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Sunday brunch was outstanding! Plenty of souvenir shops, coffee store, travel agents, money-exchange shops, etc. Co-located in this hotel complex. Also, plenty of underground parking is available.

Regular value for money. Beds and pillows not very comfortable. Very small pool for the hotel. Very good location. It has car rental agencies and Sanborns restaurant.

I thinks it ok. Staying here for a week with my husband n my sheets haven't being changed once. Also they take our bath rags n only replace one. Had to asked 2 days for bath rags n towels. Not good for the money we spent to stay here. Sorry but this is how I feel.

It's a very busy place for congresses. The stay is very expensive. The food is not the best. Parking is very hot and underground. Very difficult to enter because it is in a central area between two main avenues. There are better areas to stay. It seems to be the most luxurious but it's expensive.

The Hotel is very nice and comfortable. The pool is a good size and for a hot day is excellent. The rooms have very good view and size.

The Hotel is located at 50 meters from the emblematic Paseo de Montejo. The food is The best you can find. The rooms are excellent comfortable and top notch. Of the attention of the staff not to say. For Events is the best.

Very good hotel, only lacks a little more investment to the assets of the rooms, very friendly staff but your software system causes you many problems for excessive reservations or over sale.

I have visited the place on different occasions and for different purposes and it has always seemed excellent in every way. Great service as a venue for events, whether social or congresses. The buffet of the restaurant is of the best in the city, with great variety and good seasoning in the food. It also highlights the events organized as February 14 and May 10, enlivened of course by the minstrels. Definitely a 10.

Excellent hotel with a lot of luxury but without exaggeration it has excellent quality clothing stores, to rest and spend a very relaxed holiday.

I loved the hotel the convention halls are super spacious the tension is very well the place where it is located is also very central easy to access the attention of the hotel staff is super friendly with a smile on your face if you want to return to your TV if I would recommend it and if you are divine also the spacious rooms full comfortable the great views.

It's a good choice. Very good service and food. The pool is enough. The front is nice without getting to amazing. Recommended option when coming for business or with limited time.

Loooove Fiesta Americana! Good location, very nice personnel, pretty common areas (lobby, restaurants, pool, spa). Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, good toiletries. Has Sanborns on the first floor, car rental agencies, boutiques, hair dresser, etc. Excellent choice.

Very good hotel Although I suspect there are better options in Merida, the tennis court is half bad the pool area is enough without being beautiful and at the bottom it has a small mall but it is very old and with very bad shops. The good thing is that it is close to Paseo Montejo.

The hotel is in remodeling and finally the rooms have better mattresses and beds and in general they were very good. The breakfast buffet is very good although the meals and dinners were not so much. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located in the city.

Good place, clean rooms, the attention of the employees, the food; The hotel I like in its design and you can see part of the city; I only had one detail, I was in high season and there were many tourists; I got to see a lawsuit in the halls; Then much noise, they spoke very loudly and laughed and ran in the halls; I had to speak to the reception and someone was coming to check.

A good 4 star hotel. It is as close to a 5 star as I have experienced in Mexico. Great service. Helpful bilingual staff. Great prices. I booked at a 3rd party service. No complaints about anything. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.

It was a nice place. Very confortable is close to av montejo that is most important of the city. Its well located it. The staff always is kind and helpful!

You have to pay for coffee for the coffee maker… good thing we brought some along in the prepackaged paper style. Very comfortable but the shower handled was rust stained. Overall good deal.

It's a nice place, it has good vibes and it's really quiet. Maybe they can improve the mall in the ground floor, but it's just fine in the way it currently is.

Good day, the service offered was of very poor quality from the welcome up to making the delivery of the room shabby (dirty) in general. Unfortunately it is a bad experience and therefore will not have a good recommendation. It's my first day and I asked for the refund and it was denied. Thank you for your half-service.

Good attention, clean rooms. Good service for the staff. Easy access to the city's Zocalo and museums. As well as the opportunity to visit the majestic Paseo de Montejo.

Got a day pass to the spa for a friend and I. From the beginning there was missing parts of the ceiling with dirty dripping water on to the looker and changing area from some kind of filter. Then there were constant children screaming, splashing, and jumping in the jacuzzi… supposed to be a spa and quiet zone. Then after the cleaning guy interrupted us in the sauna to clean and turning off the steam room to clean before we even had a chance to go in. There was a dirty razor on the floor of the showers. Mind you this is after he cleaned the area. How unsanitary is a dirty razor? There was also no conditioner. In this spa that costs a good mexican wage to go into for the day. Getting dressed with dirty water drops dripping on me. We decided to tell the spa operator and show her pictures. There was no accountability. She made up excuses and said we need to speak to the hotel check in staff. We went to them and told them the stories plus showed this guy the pictures. He told us to send the pictures to a email and thanks lol! A nice hotel as this claims to be internationally would have gotten a manager and we would have been apologized to while given the day money back plus giving us a free voucher to another day and possible dinner at the restaurant. Wow so poorly managed on top of falling apart. Save your money because it doesn't stop there…

Excellent service, breakfast buffet. And comfortable rooms. In one of the best areas of Merida. It has a square with shops and restaurants.

Terrible place and service. We arrived at 2 and the rooms weren't ready. Then we went to walk around and when we came back, at 3.30pm (checkin starts at 3), they weren't ready either And then when they gave us ONLY one of the three rooms, it was the wrong one. Seriously terrible service, ran by people that don't know what they're doing. Don't stay here.

Beautiful Hotel! The prettiest of Merida. Excellent location, exactly in front of Paseo Montejo, facing the You can take the turibus to get to know quickly a bit of Merida. The hotel is inside a commercial placita where you can buy good productosvy souvenirs. Excellent service, first-class facilities. The deal is nice. It has restaurants and parking.

Spacious with 5-star service. Excellent location The staff is very friendly like most people in Yucatan. Excellent for a prime holiday.

We visited it only for the Conida Buffett on Sundays.

Good food of the events, the organization equal impeccable. It would be great if the parking was included in the invitation to an event and it was not an extra cost.

The hotel is okay, nothing impressive… the Hyatt right across the street looks nicer. The food is very good though, and the rooms are nice and they have comfortable beds. Probably not worth the price.

I always try to stay at the Fiesta Americana in Merida. It is my favorite hotel in the area. They have an amazing breakfast buffet. I also try to get a club level room for the drinks every evening.

Rooms are clean, well-appointed. But a pesky alarm beeps every few hours in my room, and front desk staff have not resolved it in 24 hrs. Restaurant has great food, but service is slow, especially waiting for checks. Fitness room is small but equipment (treadmills, universal machine) is in good condition.

Lackluster, food though good service in a nice centric area. Would recommend for business but not for pleasure.

Great place and kindly people, spa and pool area is good for tennagers and adults. The only disappointment is the access to parking lot area, the management of parking lot is messy, it also looks old and dusty.

It has always been nice only I recommend: they have more control of those who enter the Jakussi because they should only be adults and did not happen yesterday.
In the ladies ' room the sauna didn't work.

The best hotel in Merida for a lot, is excellent, there is valet parking, the Buffet is good and the rooms are very comfortable with great view and very central, the best option, free Wi-Fi, very safe, there is free snack on the 5 floor and coffee soda etc. Pool, excellent deal excellent Hotel 5 diamonds, I'll be back.

This hotel is in the center of town, convenient to all, and offers 2 good restaurants, and a nice bar. Rooms are nice size and beds are comfortable. BUT, with that said, I find it overpriced. The standard rate is almost 7, 000 pesos (more than $400 US dollars), and goes up from there. So, I writing this review, holding the hotel at THAT high standard. The room although comfortable, was not any better than a Hilton. The bathroom was 'cleaned' daily but NOT throughoutly clean… I saw the same urine stains and drips running down the toilet seat day after day, faucets where water stained, hairs on shower basin were not picked up, no clean soaps left after second or even third use/day. Other "misses" for a room this price were:. No robes in closet, some towels were showing their age, no coffee or tea in rooms, no turn down service. The staff although courteous enough, none were friendly or very welcoming (perhaps some additional training is needed to meet the high standards rating the price suggests). Again… the hotel won't disappoint you or make you complain, but the price suggest a higher level of service, and that is where it fails. PS/ At my arrival I had to ask for hair conditioner, which they had, but it was never replenished. My stay at this hotel was for 6 nights.

Long story short they stole my clothes from my drawers. I stayed eight days in Merida on vacation and this hotel seemed quite nice, no complaints that I could establish for the first few days. Then a few days in my jacket went missing, I made sure to lock all my electronics and valuables in the safe they provide but of course I cannot lock everything away. I kept my clothes in the drawers as I'd imagine most people do and low and behold I come to find my Jacket gone! I tell the desk and they check their lost and found and 2 days later call my room to tell me it wasn't there, said sorry with a sympathetic laugh and hung up. Regardless of how nice a hotel is the staff stealing your clothing from you in the middle of the day is just unacceptable and brings the hotels value down to zero. There is no prevention on the consumers end and no effort to fix it on the hotels end; I'm out a fairly expensive jacket and they offer nothing beyond a shrug. Very disappointing.

I was robbed in the plaza santa Lucía. It is not worth.
