A nice and nice central place. The room was spacious but a little sloppy (moscos, dirty sheets). However, the attention of the staff is good because they solve you in the time and willing, and above all that they do not spoil you or that they look bitter. At breakfast they take time to attend, the buffet is not stocked and do not fill it, the taste is good, it is rich.

We always enjoy our stay at Hotel Hacienda when we have an early flight our of Merida. The food is always fresh and delicious. The pool is beautiful and the room and beds are spacious and comfortable with excellent a/c. It's a highlight for us to look forward to on our last day in Mexico!

Very nice hotel, very spacious rooms and very comfortable beds a very nice, the bathroom very large and clean, the pool is very nice, the gardens are very well maintained, the restaurant offers a variety of food although not very rich, the staff very attentive, the only bad thing is that having reservation and paid you to make a charge with the credit card that does not appear in the system and until the second day you return it.

This is a wonderful hotel with a nice pool and great staff. This is the third time we've stayed here. This is our "go to" place in Merida.

We went to have a picnic (2 people), approx 400 gives you to have fun, drink and eat very well. Excellent choice.

Fuimos al pasa día, los precios para acceder son buenos y son realmente consumo mínimo. Carta de alimentos y bebidas variada. A los niños le encanta. Greate place to spend the day, the food and beverages are good. To access this place you only need to expend a minimum pay on food and/or beverages. Kids will enjoy this place.

Excellent hotel, I really figured it wouldn't be so comfortable but I'm taking an excellent impression of the Place. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good place to rest, have beds and pillows very comfortable, large pool and very good food in the restaurant, although sometimes they take care of you, they cater well… so if you're going out early you need to go with time to breakfast!

Nice and decent Hotel unless you have a room that overlooks the main avenue which is extremely noisy.

The rooms and the hotel very nice and clean but we had a detail with the information we were provided about the rates, we got a price over the phone and then we were charged another and they did nothing to fix the problem.

It is a place with a lousy service, discriminatory, poor quality food and with excessively high prices. The restaurant area a chaos clients offended, discriminated and ill-attended. The lack of sensitivity of its employees is the characteristic of the place. If you come to spend some time with your family I recommend you visit another place.

They are super inaccessible with the check in and extremely punctual with the check out. In addition the receptionist with her indifferent attitude towards the guests puts her busts and seems to be doing you a favor by answering. The guys who receive the suitcases are much more friendly, but definitely not recommend it, is a nuisance to receive you and check out there so you are running ten minutes earlier.

Terrible experience here. Jets reading off too 12:30 am keep us awake. Additionally the internet was horrible as well. Kept cutting out and dropping. I work online so this was a big deal. Bed is so small you will not be able to sleep together if you are married or a couple. Ugh. We left after one night and couldn't get refunded for the other 2 nights.

Close to the airport so that if there are night flights or early morning are listening to the planes, for the rest, total peace of mind, the premium room, huge and away from the noise. The facilities are very good, it has a restaurant and several rest areas, a large swimming pool. The staff is very attentive and always willing to help.

The hotel is very nice, it has a pool and bar, the services are good. The rooms are a bit old but it's OK for the price. It is located very close to the airport.
I honestly lived the most paranormal experience I've had in a hotel.
I stayed one night and on that night I turned on the TV on two occasions, until I decided to leave it on but still changed the channel and raised the volume, I decided to leave it without volume and at some point shut it off.
My surprise was when in the morning the bathroom door was open completely, which I had left closed the night before, surprise because it is difficult to have opened since the handle was cylindrical. It was the longest night I have ever lived, even if I try to reconcile sleep, the dreams I remember having were very rare.
My room was the 204.

Excellent only that the location on Google maps is not very accurate but the price and the rooms are very nice, super colonial.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff speak English which makes it easier for check in. Very nice pools, restaurant and bar. Hotels is generally inexpensive. Good bang for your buck.

Excellent hotel, rooms comfortable, the common areas clean and well maintained, the staff is good and the food is very tasty and suitable proportions, the swimming pool excellent for a sunny day, without a doubt I would stay again.

The hotel is just ok. The rooms are adequately clean, but lack common amenities, such as a fridge. The common area is very nice and lively; there are four hammocks and lots of beach chairs. The restaurant and bar is cute, but food is lower than average. We paid to get breakfast, but it wasn't worth it (the coffee tasted real bad; toast was burnt over day and not even toasted the next day: choices were between simple omelette/eggs or 3 tiny pieces of pancake). I guess you can find here hotels but this was just ok.

I went with my family to the restaurant of this hotel. I stayed with a nice picture of this hotel, both in its facilities and in the attention. With respect to the restaurant they offer buffet breakfast at a very economical price and with a great variety of very delicious food.

Great hotel! The staff are friendly and do speak enough English to make you feel comfortable. The hotel rooms are simple clean and comfortable! Great place for a great price, a little far from the tourist areas but walkable if your healthy. I think this place is beautiful and they have delicious food. I would stay here again!

As for your space for weddings, VX years, etc The place is very good is really nice the night place, but the service (waiters) is the most disastrous thing that has touched me live, ruined my cousin's wedding because the waiters do their will, they don't want to serve, it seems that only wait for you to go, when you ask them why they have not attended they say "they told me that already served at this table" was finished the pasta of the second course and never went to tell us, carried the soda as I wanted (I asked you and you Traí To whatever), they start to serve a table and do not confirm that it is complete and go to another, etc, etc. And to make a more accurate reference date 16. Dec. 2017 Table # 8 and 9. It is read by some representative of this place, so that they know that they are leaving them wrong.

Nice hotel, in renovation, the pool is impecable and the helpful staff.

Very friendly and clean staff. Authentic hacienda feel. Swings in the dining/bar area overlooking the large pools were a big hit. Hammocks to relax in the shade, and peace and quiet to really soak up the song of the many birds of the area. Great place to get rest in a beautiful place!

We were accommodated in the new zone and did very well, no complaints. You service is nice and the swimming pool — swimming pool is very good. It was a Sunday and there were several groups of locals who are going to spend there the evening, in a good environment. We were out to dinner and would not recommend this, since at dusk there is a lot of mosquito, were delayed much with any of the dishes and the taste was not remarkable. If you have to go early to the airport this is a great site, as it is very close.

The a day trip up is very good, though still need to improve a little the attention of the waiters, they tend to disappear. Affordable prices on the food menu.

Great hotel, Nice Staff, Nice pool and great room! Instant hot water. Beds are comfortabele but if you are longer like me youll have your feet hanging out the end.

The staffs are polite, but they accidentally opened the room I stayed once. It made me very uncomfortable. There are also too many mosquitoes, and I could see their dead bodies on the wall.

Room clean with air conditioning and cable tv. Safety deposit box, iron, ironing cleaning the bathroom is much room for improvement, although not it looks dirty. The restaurant is somewhat crowded if you arrive late. Pool with little people. Very close to the airport. You can take a bus to the centre and you arrive in 15 minutes.

The breakfast buffet was okay at best. The staff was helpful but the food wasn't very good and there was little to no variety.

Simple, clean, good service, cheap, acceptable food, clean rooms with a/c, 2 bottles of water and a sobré coffee courtesy, TV with basic cable, water with good pressure and hot, access to computer with internet of good speed, without cost, the only problem is the Wi-Fi, with bad signal and speed.
