Xalapa Hotels

My overall experience was very good, the staff super helpful and very nice. The beds were not that comfortable, the mattresses seemed a bit old. Breakfast was very good!

The good: location is central next to Parque Juarez and convenient to restaurants, cafés and shops. Easy to get a taxi.

The HB is located in one of the main avenues in Xalapa. The people at the counter is nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is good.

While visiting family we stayed there for a couple of nights, the location is great, you can arrive and leave easily skipping all the city traffic what I appreciate very much.

Clean, conveniently located, charming inn with super friendly staff. There’s a no-frills restaurant where a handful of dishes are included for breakfast with your stay, and a lovely courtyard.

This is a charming, well-kept, quiet hotel on a small road in the heart of Xalapa's historic center. There is a pretty central courtyard with tables, chairs and beautiful semi-tropical landscaping.

The place is very good, but it seems that there is little staff and it can improve a lot in terms of service.

Without a doubt, a very good option and since the plus is the American breakfast, I recommend that if you have a problem with regulating the water in the shower, ask for help.

Beautiful comfortable rooms… this is a very nice hotel. My bed was super comfortable… I came for 1 night and stayed for three.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last August-2022-and it was very good value. The hotel is located a short distance from the main plaza with several restaurants nearby.

This is a very good hotel to stay in right in if you want to be right in the middle of downtown Xalapa. It is behind the Government Palace, a few steps from the main square.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, rooms are clean, prices are reasonable.

I always stay at this hotel in Xalapa. Location is fantastic right in the downtown area, always clean rooms and the beds are usually pretty comfortable.

It’s located close to the hospital that we had to take my father-in-law and the staff is friendly though at times can be a little to casual. The breakfast was a nice treat in this nice simple hotel.

Sometimes you might wonder as I have about some reviews. This one is legit. I stayed one night in the Veracruz location. It was excellent in every way. Well maintained and room was very clean.

Very nice hotel and nice, clean, spacious rooms. Accessing and getting around is tricky and heavily congested with traffic and tricky roads. Near outlet mall.

Clean and comfortable hotel, restaurant with breakfast service, bar. The place has parking and elevator. The hotel is apparently in the market area, yet it is quiet at night and the area seems safe.

Best value place I've stayed at this far, especially in Mexico where prices are skyrocketing. The location is in the centre, 3 minutes walk from the historic Mercado and 7 minutes from the main plaza.
