Lovely clean room with air conditioning and a super comfy (subjective, I know) bed.
The hotel is right next to the Plaza de Armas Zocalo in the heart of the most beautiful part of the city.

Very good price, rooms are in need of repair. We asked for two glasses for our water and they did not arrive. Lots of hot water. Good windows that blocked out the noise and good air conditioning.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room is like a small one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and king sized bed. The rooms are clean with cleaning service coming by every day.

I stay with 7 members of my family in Veracruz in May, they have very comfortable rooms and conditioned the only detail.

The location could not be better. It is located in front of the historical buildings of the naval region and mail box office. You can walk to the core of Veracruz dowtown ("Zócalo").

We have stayed at this hotel three times within the last ten years. In our opinion, this is the most charming hotel in Veracruz.
