Lovely clean room with air conditioning and a super comfy (subjective, I know) bed.
The hotel is right next to the Plaza de Armas Zocalo in the heart of the most beautiful part of the city.

Very good price, rooms are in need of repair. We asked for two glasses for our water and they did not arrive. Lots of hot water. Good windows that blocked out the noise and good air conditioning.

It is very nice hotel, very friendly employees and very clean rooms.

We were happy with the rooms which were clean and comfortable. They have a decent pool area and my room had a good harbour view and very quiet ACs.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at this location. The neighborhood is fun, safe, and comfortable to move around in. The staff is chill, helpful, and the old building is regularly kept up with and serviced.

Great value for the price. We always stay in a suite with 2 rooms. The rooms are clean, hot water works well, responsive staff. We also like the restaurant on the premises. Great views onto the pier.

The location could not be better. It is located in front of the historical buildings of the naval region and mail box office. You can walk to the core of Veracruz dowtown ("Zócalo").

We have stayed at this hotel three times within the last ten years. In our opinion, this is the most charming hotel in Veracruz.

As others mentioned, the towels are showing their age. But everything was clean and enjoyable.

Quick attention at the time of check-in, as the room charge had been made hours earlier on my card. The rooms are very clean, the air conditioning at a perfect temperature.

Highly recommended hotel and restaurant if you have to use the ADO terminal early in the morning or late in the evening. I stayed here after arriving late at night to Veracruz International Airport.

The hotel offers good internet for online work. The rooms are tidy and big. The room that I got didn't had a good view, but, I still liked the hotel. No breakfast is included with the reservation.

This hotel gave us everything we could ask for — plenty of space to chill, greenery, wildlife, breathtaking sunsets and pools, one of which was adults only, which makes everything so much better.

It's not that expensive and it's clean. The service is very good and kind. The walls are thin, the traffic is loud. And the hotel is quite far from anything.
