I have stayed several times already in this hotel and I have never been disappointed but last time I was not completely satisfied, the price on the reservation said 500 pesos but at the hotel I was charged 695 and I was not given any receipt in addition in the room I was given Cal Or and there was a lot of noise from the road, many of the TV channels were not heard. Outside of that I consider that the hotel is very clean and the attention very good, the coffee in the room is an excellent detail.

I like getting there because it's close to downtown and college. It includes breakfast and it is very quiet the place. It is also close to the lakes, the stadium and the Omega complex.

Excellent value for money! A very cozy place just a few blocks from the beautiful center of Xalapa. Even so it does not have the most comfortable bed in the world, its rooms are spacious and rustic, its patios are beautiful and its staff very friendly. Nothing like waking up in the morning with a cup of Coatepec coffee courtesy of the house!

I came back for a visit after more than 16 years. The hotel was still nice, quiet and clean. People were friendly and helpful as ever. Maria was still there after that long and took care of me as it was 16 years ago. The city was busier, more crowded, more cars, more people and more polluted as it is more expensive too. It was nice to be back and I definitely come back again with a high hope to do something for the city. Thank you hotel and my special thank to Ms. Maria.

The location is very central, is comes walking to the Centre where is can enjoy of an excellent coffee. The atmosphere of the place is like ex-Hacienda, very cozy. If arrive before the time of the check in, can take care of your luggage while do another thing. The rooms are simple, according to the rating of this hotel, and very clean. In the restaurant only have desayunado, the food is rich, but the coffee is bad. Something that can improve is that in the night close the door of entry and there is that touch so you open to one, waiting for that who is in the lobby not is sleeping. Apart from that detail, the rest is very good.

THE good: Rooms are very comprehensive — they give you everything you need, the water is very hot, the staff is very good etc… etc…
We rented the suite overlooking the street with a very large terrace and is very nice. It has a nice view, you can even see the pico de Orizaba well very early from the shower. The room is large and full. The rooms that are not the suite feel cozy.
The prices are very affordable.
THE bad: It is very difficult to park your car in the street or perhaps you should park somewhat far and street appears a mount everest and with suitcases and all you are going to cry while you raise and think about your physical state.
The first few times we went for our luck was summer. When we went in winter it seems we rent an igloo, cold was very heavy… and not had any blanket that you warm. Luckily the hotel were seen and put a fan in case :/ (Heating please! )
What I found more castroso all and equally is for safety or whatever it is that if you go at night to drink or sampling the nightlife of jalapa you will end up giving you features that you hospedaste in your grandma's House and you'll have to wake her up to get it to open door. In effect, they close the door and stay outside. Past 2 o'clock there is nobody at the front desk and go to a room away from the reception where the boy (a) falls asleep during the night.
