Very bad attitude of those who attend the reservations, you tell them that you have! An offer from their website and they tell you it is not valid! And that surely there is a mistake, go lousy quality control.

It's a great hotel but when you're in the conference room and there is a party in the next room it is impossible to work with the music and the people screaming around.

It has good location, the conference rooms are well equipped. The waiting room has good space and comfortable seating.

Its boardroom is huge, perfect for the casting that was made there as there was very good mobility. The toilets are very clean and with all the services. A very nice visit.

An express hotel for short stay and little permanence in the. But very poor Wi-Fi, attention not very friendly, rooms well laid out, not very comfortable. Being new, the rooms smelled very bad, to plastic, we asked for change and they were the same, bad smell of occasional main.

It is very good hotel to rest and the attention of the staff is great I spent it super in my stay thank you very much.

Good option to go on the way to Xalapa, the normal breakfast buffet but you avoid looking for somewhere in the morning, you will do what you have to do and you go back to sleep, it is not so expensive and it is clean.

Service that characterizes all the city Express, has Plaza city for complementary services. Located very close to the biggest shopping square of the city (Plaza Américas), and also close to Plaza Animas.

Very good place to stay, Well located the entrance to Xalapa, near the biggest square, and in a fast access, very nice rooms, would definitely return.
Its only detail was the internet that is disconnected a lot, but if you come to walk does not affect.

All good until the day of departure. Especially the hotel staff super friendly. The Polis until the reception. I don't understand why breakfast sale until 07:21 hours when they say that it starts at the 0700! Staff reach the 0700 to prepare it — not ready to the 0700. We plan our output based on these schedules! (also does not help if the staff gives me the plane saying "now ready". ).
