Terrible service, a cleaning lady, was practically running me, it was just going to be the hotel exit, and I already wanted to leave, at reception, with her bad attitude attending, reluctantly!

Very nice and clean. Front desk and bellhop very polite and helpful. Breakfast included was more than just continental as I was offered my preference of eggs and chafing dishes full of hot delicious entrees. More like a brunch!

Excellent family place, can include breakfast buffet, baby cot, pool is super for children, friendly and acblessed service. The beach is located opposite, the aquarium within walking distance. Cafes, food places nearby. Fantastic!

It is a good service, the breakfast is delicious and the staff very friendly but the biggest problem we passed was with the ladies who took care of the cleaning since the last day before the time of departure they no longer let my dad into the room and stole the suit my sister's bathroom, who returned us only because we talked to the manager.

It's a good place to stay for days, infront of the sea and very nice view.

Very good service, excellent location as it is in front of the beach and a few meters from the aquarium. I only stayed one night, and had to deliver the room at 12 the next day, but as I would travel to night, they kept my luggage in what I followed Turistiando Veracruz.

Very nice hotel, all the facilities very neat, the staff very friendly, super good location in front of the beach where you can eat everything. The Lord (already greater than about 60 and something) that helps to raise the suitcases with a superdisposition to help, orientate on the tourist places, etc. That's why we always stayed there, for a 7 or 8 years ago.

Excellent rooms, the staff is very attentive, has one of the best locations on Malecon and beach, could improve the breakfast in terms of variety but still'm sorry good, in short the price is worth it.

The truth was surprised at this hotel, it has sea view and the buffet breakfast is delicious and complete. It also has a medium pool and the attention of the staff is excellent.

Very nice Hotel near the beach and the best thing is to include the free breakfast and it is buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant should have more variety sometimes in the evenings when you ask for something no longer there or already they are finished maybe they lack to promote the restaurant to have more people but I insist the breakfast that is free if it is very good. I have gone several times in work plan but I liked it and when I visit for vacation without hesitation here I stay.

The food and cleanliness was good. The attention also, the only points that I did not like were the following: There were laundry boats in the basement and had to make the comment to the friendly workers that I was going to get my car, the strainer of the room was somewhat clogged as the water took a long In leaving and finally the pool water is tremendously cold. From there on out I recommend it a lot.

The best option to be in front of the Malecon… Very central… and excellent conditions to rest very comfortable… Recommended.

Very old hotel, old and perplexed sheets and towels. Bathrooms in terrible condition. The only respectable thing was the complimentary breakfast and excellent care of the coffeemakers.
