Great hotel and good place to have familiar events. Service is good.

The rooms and in general the hotel is new, functional furniture and in very good condition. It has a small pool in front of the hotel. The restaurant is ok but the menu offers few menu options, the accommodation includes a complimentary continental breakfast.

Hotel balaju is a nice place yo stay. The workers are very nice and easy to talk. The instalations are clean and nice.

100% recommended the evening pastry, the event rooms are as for 120 well-accommodated people, nice central atmosphere on the boulevard near the aquarium. The rooms are simple but very comfortable, and the hotel has a pool.

Nice, with vanity to be able to arrange, safe and a mini cupboard. The courtesy coffee is rich.

The water in the pool is cold as the heart of my wife, but everything else is magnificent.

I Want to thank, the hospitality and service we got while staying at this hotel, it is really what is most strange of any place, I respect the views of others, but personally, thanks for the food, but above all the service and the cleaning A. Looking forward to coming back very soon.

Good hotel, comfortable Rooms. Lousy internet, It doesn't work at All. Unfortunately they use the lobby restaurant as a party room and although the noise does not reach the rooms (at least on the fourth floor which is where I stayed), it can be annoying.

Only to comment I stayed on the 28th March and Parkin Valet Park my car and kedo inside my cell to give me the car directed me to my home to go circulating on the highway I realized no longer was cell this so you know what kind of employees has the Hotel.

Excellent location in front of the Naval School. A few steps from the aquarium, you can even walk to the Malecon (aprox 25 min). The hotel very clean and with nice people, just the internet suddenly fails, the food excellent in relation to price/quality.

The stay per night only gives you the right to coffee and fruit. The BUFFET has a cost of 100 pesos. You get what you pay for. We had a problem with valet parking as we missed a wedding ring and the pickup was not used during the two days of stay. They were departed from the lost garment arguing that the service is provided by a third party, being Q was not reported at any time of the risk or failing that would not take charge of the loss. Refusing even to lend more help. Very bad experience.

Overall the hotel is good and if I recommend it. I think that the cost is fine. Very bad experience, we stayed during the triathlon of Veracruz and we stole from the room for competition and a laptop computer. The worst thing about the place was the attitude of the Manager of the hotel and the very poor service at the reception in this situation.
