La ubicación es el punto más fuerte de este hotel, ya que se encuentra cerca de las playas y plazas comerciales. Es limpio y cuenta con buen servicio, habitaciones dignas aunque no tan lujosas. Ideal para pasar la noche si vas de visita.

The hotel is a million super beautiful, affordable costs! Only a few details with the minibar (stop cooling) The room phone with interference so I had to go down to request sheets and blankets at the front desk for the sofa bed, climbed an employee just left the sheets and said that for a blanket was worth a voucher 600.00 which is destroyed at the end if you return the blanket (it is valid) but at the front desk they did not say that and did not dress the sofa bed thing that was indicated in reception!

A Hotel with everything you need to rest comfortably; Good space in the room, has pool, spa, restaurant, bar, valet parking, small gym, Jacuzzi, the Check inn very fast in my reservation.

The hotel is almost new, very comfortable, well located, very friendly staff.

Excellent service and attention. It has a nice restaurant. Also a swimming pool, gym and jacuzzis on the upper floor. Very central in case you want to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the mouth of the river, or go to the Malecon, port or aquarium.

It has an excellent location because it is close to shopping malls, restaurants and the beach. The room is very comfortable and the cleanliness is good. The pool is beautiful, however, it requires maintenance, as many earthenware have fallen and the wood of the floor is already deteriorated. The food service in the pool is fast, although the taste of the food could improve. The only thing that we found unusual is that we could have a deposit to be able to take the towels to the beach, when in itself, from the beginning you are given at reception and we had an open voucher.

Rooms, beds, service, people, shuttle, parking all was perfect. Swimming pool and gym have great view but they need some maintenance. I will definitely come back.

The place is clean, comfortable beds, the bathroom is also great and has a mirror with light and dryer for the girls. The coffee that they leave also was very rich. The staff is super friendly and the valet is attentive. The breakfast buffet was very good. Close to several places in Boca.

This hotel has terrible service in the pool and Jacuzzi in poor condition the pool was sloppy and not heated and the Jacuzzis ice cream also, the restaurant very Chafa.

I like its location, on the Avenue Ruiz Cortinez, the staff service is very good and very friendly, the rooms are large and comfortable the truth leaves you a nice taste of mouth and its very rich food I liked everything.

The food was plenty and very tasty. However, service was lacking and there were few beverage options.

Its a modern new (3 year) hotel, located in Boca del Rio, the new zone of Veracruz Puerto, its in front of a shopping mall, just beside wall to wall to a tipical mexican sea food (villarica) The rooms are small but enough for a few nights, its clean, the brakefast buffet its good, the gym its great and it has an amazing swimingpool in the penthouse with an amazing sight of the ocean! Its not expensive, and its just 20min away from Veracruz Airport.

It was in the area mouth of the river, it is located on the street Ruiz Cortinez, in if I arrived at a Motorola event, the service was excellent and I liked it very much.

Excellent service and facilities however housekeeping is something that is far from a normal hotel, must improve a lot, I would not recommend.

I went to best western hotel, I visited the restaurant and my humble opinion the service wasn't good, the weitress was rude to me. The food was okay, nothing special. I hope the next time I have a better experience than this.

Nice hotel, rude staff, the pool area is nice, but they have 2 jacuzzi that they don't control so a guest can stay all day long even if it's against health recommendations.

Great hotel with very nice view and best memories I hope to return soon.

The door on the bathroom is transparent. There are 2 jacuzzis — one was "OUT OF SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE" (but no one was ever working on it). The other Jacuzzi water was SO BROWN, it SHOULD HAVE been closed for maintenance and at times the hotel staff would walk by and look at it and have a face of discust, but never did anything about it in 4 days. The buffet less than satisfactory. The pillows were so hard and high. There was only one small drawer for clothes storage (for 4 people) — nothing like living out of a suitcase for 4 days.

I was horrified when I found out management in this hotel does keep the tips left on credit cards for their employees. I was at the hotel bar one night writing a review of this hotel while enjoying a beer. I was the only one there but I decided to seat at the bar in front of the TV. The bar tender and team where very nice and I decided to leave a good tip after paying using a credit card. After paying and gathering my items to leave, I noticed the bar tender and two other servers looking at my receipt and over heard them saying "they tips better with credit cards", and I asked what the issue was?. Another server mentioned, 'we dont get tips left on credit cards' and 'if we complain, we will get written up or fired', 'it happen to one of last week, when a server asked a patron to it is best to leave tip in cash. " This hotel not only steals from their employees but they stole from me. I wanted to take my tip back cause it is not going into the pockets of the people that earned it. This is not a common practice in the region. So this hotel, gets a ZERO from me because management is corrupt and steals money from patrons and employees. DO NOT STAY HERE! HORRIBLE — I contacted Best Western Corporate and this is their response. "Thank you for contacting Best Western International. We appreciate you taking the time to inform us of this matter.
