The rooms are super clean, the service is excellent! the buffet breakfast is very rich.

Lousy service in the restaurant, they asked me me to sit at a table dirty and that after I went to go clean the table, the food no variety. Preferable to eat breakfast in the other hand.

Room were really clean and beds very comfortable. The location was also good in terms of safety.

It's on a great location, very fancy, and has a great view, and not expensive. I think it's the best hotel there you won't be disappointed.

The location is well located in an area where there are restaurants and shops. Rooms always clean and the service you see excellent.

Service is poor. Breakfast is very good. However, service is vey slow. It takes forever for the waiter to serve and bring refils. There were no towels in the pool. It took more than an hour to get towels from the front desk. The first day, the carpet in the room was wet with a str9ng smell of humidity. The tub when taking a shower was clogged. We were transferred to another room. The new room was clean but did not have an iron. Once again, it took forever to get one after calling the front desk. The AC works great though. Pool is clean and rooms are very clean. Overall, it seems to me that the hotel operates with very limit staff to attend customer. I may give them one oportunity to stay here in the future. Not sure yet.

Good location, good service, only one detail with the coffee maker in the room, I changed it but it was dirty and I had to wash it to avoid calling back.

Service is great but it's pricey for what they have to offer. Pool on maintenance often I have stayes there 3 times an no pool. : (… Still the best option in town but there is room for improvement as well as more competitive prices it's gone up so much in the last 24 months… Room service is nearly doubled it's prices.

Very good, comfortable with all that is needed to rest and above all its location in the city in front of the American Embassy, but feel the vibe, the suspicion of people to something or someone who does not see but is there as watching that unknown sensation of The areas that distinguish our country more and more. Positives: They have rooms with en suite jacuzzi. Good location. Ample free parking in the garage with free entries and exits. You can rent a microwave for your room if needed. Great customer service. Cons: The restaurant is only available during breakfast, outside of those hours you have to pay for room service to get food from the restaurant. The food was subpar and no vegetarian menu. The facilities and rooms are old including the gym, everything feels like it needs to either be deep cleaned or updated.

The hotel is very nice and is big, has a nice location in the city. The only bad thing of the hotel is the restaurant, it doesn't have a nice variety of food, pretty standard.

Nice place, but the TVs are really old and don't have HDMI input. Also the air conditioner was not cooling and the thermostat was broken.

This hotel has become my home away from home while doing business in Nuevo Laredo. The rooms are generous, the staff is wonderful and I love being able to soak in a big bath tub! Great price and great service.

The firm is not good… and the service leaves much to what want. Although it is well located and you can leave to walk or eat something close, is paseo Colón and campeche walking, but the people here do not usually walk and taxis are expensive for so short distance they travel.

Nice place to get your visa local. First floor so you can eat, the waiters speak English, English menu. 2 people 400 pesos, not cheap.

在Expedia定的，check in的时候什么都没要，签了张确认单就给了房卡. 唯一的优点就是离使馆近，走路不到5分种。因为离领事馆近，又邻着主路，所以也安全还可以。地下停车场看起来也还好，停车是免费的并且完全不需要停车卡什么的，入口处有个大爷级的保安手动为你抬栏杆. 服务人员基本不说英语. 不建议在酒店的餐馆吃饭，酒店南边1mile左右有家HEB，可以去那里买吃的。.

Not up to CP standards. They have a very — very — noisy plumbing problem; that's just a little quieter than a brass band. They staff know about it — and admit its a problem — but please pay the full rack rate. The rooms are fine — but what's with the lack of coffee for the coffee maker? You'll need the coffee after such a poor nights sleep.
