Well located and affordable. Friendly staff and service to the airport.
The restaurant has a great selection but not really vegan or vegetarian.

I like this hotel, last year we stopped here and this time decided to come here again. Great location, big parking, room is clean, old but no smells, nice pool and great view from the balcony.

Everything was very good. Didn’t have h the breakfast as we left before the restaurant’ opened. Moderate language barrier with the staff, but were able to communicate with Google Translate app.

This is the second time I've stayed here. They have one of the finest services especially the front desk staff. The rooms and pools are well maintained.
They should improve the food menu.

Had a comfortable stay. Typical good Marriott brand quality. Strong Wi-Fi, basic 24 hr gym, pool, comfy bed, good and quiet AC, nice hot shower.

It's the standard Fairmont in Mexico but is very pet friendly we were traveling with 3 dogs. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had some good items.

A bit isolated, so you cannot walk around in the area to find restaurants, shops etc.

This hotel is great if you travel with a dog. I got a 'pet friendly room' on the ground floor with direct access to the gardens.

We booked an M Club Room and it was definitely worth it. We received full buffet breakfasts and dinners, which were gourmet quality. A light lunch was also provided — sandwiches and pastries.

Villahermosa is ugly! This hotel has great breakfast and really nice rooms with good internet and ac. Hot water, almost hot. Very nice service by employees and free parking.
