Bad service, empty hotel and food took an hour and a half and only delivered us an order since kitchen forgot one, the employees distracted and with terrible attitude, we asked for a bill and delivered them wrong twice. Ubicado en la zona turistica de paraiso, en la zona gastronomica de puerto ceiba-el bellote, vista a la laguna y a orilla de la carretera principal, esta situada en un lugar muy tranquilo y de facil acceso. Cerca de lugares comerciales para realizar tus compras.

I have been to this hotel for a while now. The people treat us right. It's in between the popular eating places and the town. When you leave both you are away from the noise the towns or other venues bring. Nice pool, nice gym, nice restaurant. Nothing fancy just nice.
