Excelente servicio del persona, l siempre muy profesionales y atentos, el hotel tiene todo lo que uno puede necesitar y es limpio y tranquilo. La ubicación no es tan buena aunque Villahermosa no es tan grande y esto pasa a ser solo un problema menor, solo siendo un problema en horas pico de trafico, ademas ofrecen servicio de transporte.

The reception staff is excellent. He explained you what you need and the work is smooth. Upgraded to a suite with platinum status, the room is clean and functional. I am also happy that there is a microwave oven. It is a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, everything you need for life is available, and there is also a movie theater. Unfortunately, ① glasses are not prepared. There is no even a cup for brushing! ② The breakfast lineup is small. I am OK because I do not eat a lot of breakfast by default.

Very nice hotel excellent for business accommodation, friendliness of the employees and similarly how close to a square. It is worth mentioning that the parking is large and that helps a lot.

Great service: Manuel, Armando, Sadie, Andrew, Adriana, Francisco, and the Manager Aurora (she approached us every day to greet you and to ask if everything was as we expected) gave us a great service, we stayed there for 14 nights, and every single day their service was super friendly and above all they make you feel like family, the room were very clean, free Wi-Fi, very good breakfast (not the typical food, on the contrary, real food from Tabasco! )
Excelente ubicación, there is a big shopping center next to it, you can walk around, and shop.
They gave us for a very reasonable and secure feeling to a car service guy, Armando, and he drove us everywhere every day.
Also they took us from, and to the Airport for free!

Oddly in the middle of a strip mall, this hotel is surprisingly comfortable. Great rooms with a sofa bed (great for families) and a decent breakfast. Hotel was only three months old so very new.
