Good care, clean rooms.

Lousy service in restaurant, waiters are rude, lousy organization, takes almost an hour helping you, you ask them something and bother. Lousy experience I don't go.

Excellent service and very nice pool.

The hotel is already a bit obsolete. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant is very normal and somewhat expensive.

I put 3 stars and those are why the:
CHEF is very friendly and tastes good his food is seen to do things with gusto and that transmits it.
MESEROS (good deal) only one that if you don't give good tip for the other already or look like he does things reluctantly does not have that empathy with the client.
CLEANING in the morning they go on to knock on and touch the doors waking one. Sometimes they do not respect that I put one in the door DO NOT MOLESTAR only make up the beds pass the mop with which they have already cleaned other rooms. I went to give a suggestion because a certain detail arose and the next day WORST the character I thanked him and even put the door of the other room showing a lot of discomfort on his part.
CAMAS are comfortable but when you stay one days they don't change the bedspreads or anything. I don't know if the other rooms do the same.
RECEPTION very good service and its quality of customer service is good. I just feel like they should pass to them the guest's departures oh being more in communication with the cleaning staff to avoid those details of being wondering if we're already leaving oh no.
ALBERCA I who have been days here, the water is the same for a week I only see that they take out the leaves that fall and already. They keep the area clean, maintenance ingessing the lawn.

I only attended one day pool, but I can say that it is very well, quite clean the area, the pool is large and you can swim the cost per adult is 215 refund of 200 pesos and per child 115 with refund of 100 pesos in food, the attention of the waiters is not very good but the food is good!

This nice hotel I gave 3 stars because they do not put your coffee in your room you have to talk to get it taken away, the rooms lack maintenance as broken contacts room phone that does not work those details will subtract points.

The attention of the employees leaves a lot to be desired. The buffet is very expensive for the choices they offer and the American breakfast is very small.

Being honest the area of the restaurant lacks food preparations a good chef is one who first sees for quality products but that does not decide the fate his high command.

The place is a bit crowded although the attention is acceptable. The prices that the place manages are exaggerated to some extent (in my opinion) especially those of the restaurant and the dispensing machine although the facilities meet the decoration and environment according to their name and the services offered are impressive.

There Were Some inattentiveness on the part of the staff as a room was in bad shape, plus the pool needed a little more BDE care. The overall attention was good.

A few blocks away is the ADO terminal and there are many food places nearby as well as Chedraui, Coppel and commercial premises.

Staff are friendly, showers work great, and the restaurant was good. They lose one star because I was pretty sure I heard animals squeaking above the ceiling tiles at night. So much for a four-star hotel.
