The staff is very friendly and helpful. With the highest availability all the time. I do not give 5 stars because in the restaurant there is not much variety, however what I ate was very rich, except for the stewed chicken, the meat was hard. Out of that all very well. A clean and quiet place to rest.

Perfect option if you need to change buses in Villahermosa. The hotel is just 1 block away from the ADO bus station. The place is very clean, restaurant offers Ok food. What we didn't like was that it was not possible to open the windows and let the fresh air inside. We had to turn on the air conditioning, which was rather oldish and quite loud. So it depends how sensitive are you at night to the noises. Also the internet didn't really work for us. We could connect to their Wi-Fi occasionally for few minutes, the speed was really really good, but then the connection would drop and would not reconnect for another 5-10 min. The staff was very friendly and kind. 2-3 blocks away, past the bus station, there is a big CHEDRAUI supermarket.

It is a nice place, has the essential services in addition to Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, has cable and in the bathroom has dryer, tool that helps women a lot, good experience.

It is nice to just q the food is very expensive and doesn't serve it with add-ons (in the case of chilaquiles), I went for a professional workshop, and the truth they treated us pretty well.
