Lousy service from the hotel. Not serves your key in the shower and tell you that they can't do anything. This hotel like most of the hotels in this franchise has a good service, taking into account what is paid for the accommodation.

Spacious, modern, good breakfast buffet, does not ask anything to the Crowne that this side, always use when I visit Villahermosa.

Comfortable, impersonal Hotel like any Holiday Inn, without great service but enough for what you need. It is an acceptable option always, better for much than the Crowne Plaza next door.

The room is very good, but I didn't like the breakfast. It is very simple… there is not many options to choose.

A quality assurance hotel in its facilities. Good service and good Location. Your Buffett breakfast that is already included has the essentials for the Day. Good for executives and families who are passing by. It is well located and has parking and good restaurants around it.
My opinion as a parent is a good option to stay in a quiet, clean and not so expensive way.

Excellent hotel. Very good rooms and facilities. The pool is very good and, thanks to wing's buildings, is in the shade. In the same area there is a space to play football with a few goals and a space to play volleyball.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area touched us with a bit of moscos just that detail in everything else all right.

As for the Express Holiday Inn concept, it exceeds expectations. Just stay at some other hotel under this concept and make the comparison that what another chain offers you to what Holiday Inn Express offers you. Extremely clean and well appointed hotel! We had an incident in the evening of someone trying to get into our room. Was handled professionally by management and all was good! The breakfast (included) was excellent. Didn't use any of the facilities but the pool looked great! Also a wonderful bathroom! And a chaise lounge in the room! Would recommend to anyone!

The hotel is well that wasn't me was the rudeness and apathy with which I was treated at reception. Having paid from one month before my stay. Fortunately la Lic. Cristina Gzz. Vino and took care of my unfortunate situation. Ah. Another thing. Is very poor and pinchurrienta the selection of the cable channels.! There isn't anything worth seeing on TV should add Discovery channels and improve it.! See you later.

A comfortable place without luxury, there is no dining room or bar, the breakfast is the same any Hi world, clean, has a Chilis front as well as other restaurant including a Pizzeria, pool is nice.
Have I served bar rooms, there is no shuttle to the airport and taxi charges 300 pesos to the airport, are constructing a building to the side so that side rooms tend to be somewhat noisy but nothing intolerable.

First time I come to villahermosa, I am staying in this hotel and the first day at the buffet I get a piece of glass in the food, for my luck the mordi tooth with dandelion have touched the gums or palate would have caused me severe damage.
The Manager solved the problem but still did not expect me from a holiday inn.

Excellent care, very nice rooms. All this hair. And very good location.

The rooms are fine, city Hall 501, Gil y Saenz, 86080, Villahermosa, Tab. The gym seems to be a hotel of fourth this does not deserve even a star, worth of others. You think you're in a holiday inn express and enter that gym is depressing.

As it is possible that booking a room for 2 adults and two children under I are giving a room with a single bed and the excuse they give me is that I don't have more rooms.

An excellent place for family.

I love this place, particularly because it has an excellent view of the city of Villahermosa for resting and swimming pool terrace. The service is excellent, and is comfortable. If yours is to feel at home, wherever you want to rest calmly after a good trip this is your best option without place to doubt :).
