It is a hotel very well located with a wonderful view and nice fixtures!

I went to a presentation and breakfast business real Estate 24, the friendliness of reception staff and restaurant service I liked, very attentive to the fact that the room was pretty efficient.

Gorgeous room, scenic view of the volcano from our bed… comfortable bed and pillows, spotless, room service, pool and 2 restaurants inside and free breakfast which was delicious… very courteous service by all employees… had a great time. First time we go to Puebla… it was our wedding anniversary… — с Raymundo Benitez.

Overall good hotel, peroooo, I really hateed that for the reception you had to get out of your room to the Lobby, from the Lobby take another elevator to go down to the ground floor and go out on to the street. A lot of elevator for something that could have designed everything in the P. B.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lot of space wasted, a laughing room and an uncomfortable and very small bathroom, and could have made a bigger bathroom with all the space they have in the room. It has good location but I didn't like it.

A hotel with very spacious and clean room as well as the bathroom is excellent, the only downside I had was with the hot water that from the 10th floor started to warm was not very annoying but take into account if you are a person who enjoys the hot water, outside of this the restaurant food is very rich and to stay I do not know if it applies at all but they give breakfast buffet (before booking ask for the availability of this service)

A simple hotel but with all the necessary amenities. Free covered parking, Wi-Fi included, breakfast, indoor pool, gym, etc. The area is great if you are going to be close to angelopolis, or if you are going to go to the historic center. The rewards program is not the best as they do not have many hotels in Mexico, but it can be useful if your needs match. In conclusion, a hotel that will not disappoint you, at a moderate price.

Nice view from the rooms to the Popocatepetl. The pool has hot water which can be enjoyed on hot days and also cold as it is indoors. The food in the restaurant is ok but it could get better.

Tiny bathrooms, persistent failure with cold and hot water despite several years of complaining. Really dissgusting.

Interesting concept to have the reception on the seventh floor. Breakfast is included. Covered pool on the sixth floor, very spacious and with very nice warm water. Comfortable yet simple rooms with room included, microwave, mini fridge and air conditioning. Very nice and very close to a huge shopping square.

The hotel's configuration is strange. The rooms are not very large, but comfortable, with good internet service. Good area with restaurants nearby.

It is an unbeatable experience staying at this hotel, service, menu, do not put but!

In my stay, everything was horrible about the attention and service of the staff.
Since my arrival at the hotel in Preresepcion the person who was there did not receive the car or help us with suitcases, simply sent to basement.
Arriving at reception we commented this to the person in charge and we had no answer, as well as we commented that if there was valet parking; Already in the room which is small the shower is a miniature where you barely fit and if it were not enough floods the bathroom.
The breakfast buffet that Ofresen apart from with little assortment the cold food and all scrambled seemed basca.
In my experience I prefer never to return.

Very comfortable place, nice and with very good service, maybe the only thing I could point out is that the rooms are a little small but with all the amenities. I recommend It when You visit Puebla puesestá in a very good area.

Very Nice view of the restaurant, the food good but the staff does not see more Aya, I went to the event of May 10 call in case I had to book and they said no, arrive and I was told to book, many reservations did not arrive and after 40 min I was assigned a month A, they were careful but they lack experience hopefully next year improve, the attitude is the most important and always showed good attitude.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small and the pool has very resbalozos floors and edges with mold. The deadlines for breakfast included seem ridiculous to me. Out of it all OK.

Excellent place, very comfortable, very comfortable and clean rooms, the pool is a marvel, roofed, air-conditioned, only the schedule should be like 11pm, the buffet is short but very rich, the attention of all the staff in general of 10, I highly recommend it, I would definitely return it again!

I liked it very much, it has wonderful views and an extraordinary location, it is very easy to go to the Angelópolis Mall and right on one side is Plaza Palmas where there are places to eat.
The rooms are very spacious. They have heating or air conditioning, microwave, iron, small refrigerator, coffee making machine, full bathroom and very comfortable beds.
It has laundry services, indoor and heated pool, gym, massages, restaurants and bar.

Good hotel, fair price, opposite Plaza Angelopolis, down the hotel a few meters this Krispy Kream, Carls Junior, crepe, flutes, has heated pool.

Super small rooms, shower for 1 person, my little ones had q bathing alone x Q 2 people do not fit. Menu: Everyday is the same, tasteless and super simple and for kids there is only cereal. Additional q, only if you arrive before 9:30 am do not make an additional charge of the Q and is initially paid for breakfast. Personal foul and quality in the service. Very uncomfortable the issue of elevators, and q the lobby is on the 7th floor and for the rooms are other elevators. Pool: Do not have enough towels and very uneasy q have to go to another floor to request them. In short, I do not stay in hotels of this chain again.

My experience although it was pleasant to comment that there are parts that can be improved as breakfast, at first they commented that it was only the courtesy that is included in the cost of the room, which was according to this only egg, coffee and fruit, until the waiter pointed out that The buffet was the courtesy, did not clarify well, which was not very rich by the way the coffee is bad, improve your food please.
The pool is small but heated, no mosaic is covered by plastic but good my kids could enjoy it. In the bathroom the hot water took 20 minutes to leave and although we commented to the lobby were never to fix it.
For the rest and in spite of those details heartbeat for the excellent location, the friendliness of all the people who work there and for the cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Ok, this Is a placer with a great location, forma example, its have a nice views to the Popocatépetl and the Iztaccihuatl, the service its very cool and the food Is very very delicious. I would like return to LQ HOTEL.

Excellent location, the layout of the building somewhat strange but nothing to claim (the lobby is on the 7th floor), parking reduced but is grateful that it is underground, the indoor pool is a good choice for children, very good value for money and quality of service. The reception is located in the almost in the middle of the building. There is only one employee to attend to the reception of vehicles to lower the luggage and upload it to the room, maybe to the 11th or 12th floor! You can imagine the time and energy of a single person. The reservation did not respect the prices charge different in single and double room. The food service to the room ends at 11.00 pm. So if you go out at night it's better to dine outside. In the morning the sprinkler broke down and there was no hot water there was a need to ask the plumber and finally the dryer melted and the light went off. There is not enough towels and the toilet set is very precarious. The hotel did not recommend it. Very bad experience.

The hotel gives me distrust, I was there when they built it and the walls are of drywall with aluminium structure.
You don't have to convince me, there you are in your conscience, honesty and professionalism. I say what I saw, and many people who saw or worked in that work will be able to endorse with their testimony, I simply give my opinion.
Hopefully and really be safe, I personally do not have to be a guest in their facilities, nor would I recommend it to my family, clients, partners, friends or acquaintances.

No hot water. Slow internet. Bad food. So-so service.

The place goes according to the price. The food is good at night. The view is beautiful from the event room. All the staff were always very friendly and attentive. I'm happy with my visit.

I had a king suite, with fridge and microwave. Fridge was very loud, so had to unplug it. Bathroom had a very bad smell, so I changed rooms. Second room I was in, had a quiet fridge, but it didn't cool at all… Breakfast is ok, a bit limited in my opinion. Internet was sometimes very slow and unstable. Apart from these remarks, it was ok. Very friendly staff, good location, nice views.

This is my second time at this hotel and have no regrets. ALL staff is great. The breakfast is awesome, my family and I were always surprised by the great Chef Claudio Carrillo, with a special mexican plate. Mario and Ray would make sure all guests at restaurants were well taken care of. I just have to ask for more hanging hooks in the room, when taking a shower after swimming in the pool you need to hang the wet towel, clothes you are taking off and for the ones you are going to wear! Thank you La Quinta I will be back.

Just had drinks with some friends. I am surprised such a beautiful hotel is in that place, it doesn't seem to be that great from the outside. Everything was great, except prices were a little high, I guess. I will definitely return there.

Great location for the Angelopolis area, with shopping malls at a walking distance. Rooms were clean and service was always helpful. The buffet breakfast included was not great, but not bad either, it could use a few more options. The indoor pool is great!

The location of this hotel is really convenient if you have things to do in Angelópolis area. The staff was really friendly. I've tried complimentary breakfast in many other hotels of the segment, by far this has been the best. Inside pool and gym. And a lot of options to eat nearby, like ihop, Carl's Jr, sirloin stockade, Krispy Kreme and many more.

Very clean friendly pretty much place for parking even though it is self-service, but if you find places good food good service and the view is good very good for your events.

Excellent care, but the room is a joke in bad taste, the smallest I have ever seen in space. I've hosted me at holiday inn express and ONE and this room is still smaller than those hotels. I no longer know if angry or laugh. I'm definitely not at ease, I feel cheated.

A very nice hotel and modern. The rooms are a bit guys, but it is understood to be business class. As detail against the shower nor is it practical, this corner and the space is very small, so it's hard to bathe. We stayed one night and we found the staying very pleasant. Service personnel is always kind. Breakfast buffet was more than I expected compared to other Hotels. The rooms were almost new although a bit small. Pool area is nice but water is somewhat cold despite the heating. It is in front of the bar/restaurant so not really the best location for the pool.
