Excellent service and food!

All excellent very good service.

Everything's great. All very attentive, very friendly, very nice. And the place is really beautiful. It was a dream to be here.

Hotel muy céntrico y con bonita decoración pero la habitación cerca de la escalera era muy ruidoso. El personal de servicio nos atendió de maravilla.

The architecture of the vestibule is beautiful, but the rooms are simple, nothing special, like any other hotel. THEY DO NOT HAVE ALBERCA, which they still announce. The elevator the two days I was faulty and we had to climb the stairs. THEY DO NOT HAVE PARKING, you leave it to the valet and they keep it for an EXTRA COST OF $100, We reserve by booking and apart from the rate that marks the page you are charged 16% VAT. So between parking and VAT you end up paying about $400 or more. And another thing I don't like is that twice the maids opened the door.

It's spacious, comfortable, elegant. A comfortable stay to be with the family. Walking distance to the Zocalo, very central.

The Hotel is small just like its restaurant but it is all worth getting to know and enjoy it with family, friends or the gallant
It's a real architectural gem and it seems to me that by simple general culture we should all take a walk over there!

The location is excellent. The rooms are very clean. The staff was very friendly and agradsbr. Although the breakfast menu should be more varied.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The reception and the lounges have a Parisian air, I loved it. The only bad thing is that the air conditioning equipment is very old and after a while of use dripping water to the floor. It would be advisable to replace these.

I Went to a visit with my school and that bad service, ususally towels to reception and took more than an hour, then they kept marking telling us that we acusarian with our teachers that supposedly had alcohol, besides that children slept in Different rooms were told we had children with us, I did not like the service, the rooms are very small but saves the view, definitely would not return lol.

Lugar céntrico, buen servicio y habitación básica pero comoda y limpia. La fachada tiene acabados muy bonitos pero los cuartos no son del mismo estilo, estos tienen un acabado más contemporáneo.

The Hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful.

The Place is amazing and the food delicious. If you come from outside it's worth it to enjoy this place, you won't be disappointed. And The experience is super Poblano.

Best of all is the location if you are going to spend a weekend in the center I was on the top floor and the view is very good the elevator arrives to the antepenultimate floor only but that is no problem in the rooms maybe missing a bit of decoration but it is also not problem A to rest and have a good time the beds are very comfortable and with respect to the restaurant maybe lacking a bit of flavor to the food without being at all bad there was only a nice little detail that was the wait they were very saturated by an event but overall very well by Course when I get the chance I'll come back.

Their midday meal is good but very bad they started to charge the second glass of water. Too bad.

Excellent seasoning. Salad bar and cheeses. Efficient service and affordable prices in Buffet. Clean room and quiet music to taste the food.

The carpets are dirty and smell bad the rooms for lack of ventilation, the service of the restaurant is lousy, it is beautiful the farm but not convina with the interior of the rooms, it is very annoying that they do not have own parking and they charge you pension. The Internet service is very slow. However the lobby staff is very good.

The place is very cozy, the attention of the buttons was excellent, the view of the balcony is worth it. The breakfast was good. Recommended!

The colonial architecture of this hotel is majestic. If you are in Puebla to stay here or get to know its beautiful lobby.
The rooms are somewhat expensive, but their location is privileged. It is located in the center of the Zocalo and with great tourist attractions around it.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and the Arrunio is very good. They had not been carefully cleaned and I found a thorn in my gums. Outside of that, everything is recommended.

More or less, this downtown and up there, you offer room with a view of the city and only the roofs of the other buildings in the best of cases or the street and if you had not offered me, the rooms are sooo simple for the cost and cable, Eeel cable has not been upgraded to HD still seen in the analog version and with noise the bathroom for bathing only has a curtain does not have door to the room.

The rooms more or less, put a nice curtain in the bathroom because all the water is out. Old, but well located.

The only Thing "never accept Room 1004" is next to the kitchen and only divides a window.

Uncomfortable stay, very hard beds, soft end pillows, bathroom without door (although it seems incredible), no safe in the room, air conditioning noisy, window and with remote control attached to the wall. It's not worth what it costs. I clarify, the staff is friendly, especially Esteban the bellhop.

Good service very clean and the price was very affordable. The personnel was very polite and courteous. I recommend this hotel is very central to all attractions and restaurant.

Visually is very beautiful, looks like a castillito, the rooms are simple but friendly and the restaurant is very personal and magical, there I have tried the richest dessert of my life, I think it was the plum compote or something like, but it was wonderful ❤

Run down, not the best bang for your buck, but good location.

It is a hotel with very nice access with Louis XV style. The quarter section is like the ' 80s. On the top floor you have a beautiful view. High price.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. Functional and practical location. At A good price, we found it fair. It has No parking but as if it had because they are in charge of taking the car to the parking lot that is right away from the hotel. The cost per parking is perfect for your safety.

Historic Palace downtown, with back of new bill. Tiny pool that should be better jacuzzi. Nice dining room with very short letter, half hot. Buffet for breakfasts and lunches that beat the situation.

It is a more or less clean hotel, very close to the building of the Benemérita of the Autonomous University of Puebla, near many places to eat rich, near the historical center. But yes, very attentive, friendly, committed, willing to make your stay the best they can give you.

The hotel was very beautiful, clean, had friendly staff, and was very accommodating. They even let me leave luggage for a couple hours after check-out time. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location, right in the center of Puebla, at a couple of minutes walking distance from the cathedral. Staid in a standard double room (1209) which was comfortable and clean. The window faced nothing but a inner area of the hotel, and was close to (I think) an AC unit, resulting in quite loud intermittent noise during the night. Breakfast was not included but looked great and at reasonable price. Generally speaking, great value for money, and nice room. Probably it is worh to spend a little bit more to get one of the rooms with view over the old cidy centre.

Cheap carpets and furnishings are outdated.

They provided a wonderful service. Food was not exactly note-worthy but still good.

No separate bar for late night cocktail. Restaurant was expensive with limited choices. However, the location is excellent… close to historic sites, excellent restaurants, and easy access to transportation. Also, 1 block from a Starbucks. The staff service was excellent.

A perfect hotel to stay a night, a week, a month or a year. In addition to its location, it is a hotel that has services and spaces for academic events or business.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the plaza area. The hotel would be appreciated by middle age clientele, due to the historical architecture and the lack of unused amenities such as a gym. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We suggest seeing your room before settling in. The views are worth the price. We upgraded for a few more dollars and we're happy with our decision. My wife and I would recommend this hotel.

The worst hotel where I have hosted, starting with the shower has no door! only a shade old and dirty. Them quarters are more small of it common for a hotel Executive, the so-called room with balcony that book is a piece of 1 meter by 30 cm, with view to nothing. The window has no curtains, beds harder which I slept or rather tried to sleep. And all off the day I made my reservation I was given a price lower than what ended up cobrandome. The location is good, but only that has to please.

Beautiful place, try. Sometimes the wlevador breaks down and they take. There is almost no Wi-Fi.

The view towards the center of puebla is beautiful on the 5th floor the service excellent the disadvantage is that not make the collection directly in Internet.

Excellent location, three blocks from the Zocalo and Cathedral. Building porfirian impressive and very well preserved. Rooms comfortable. Personal professional although for my taste is passed from sober. Only inconvenient detail is that the rooms facing the right side of the building have the constant noise of a machine, perhaps is the air conditioning, I'm not sure what is.
