First if all they ran out of towels, we requested them the previous night we were going to need them and they said they did not have any, to call in the morning, we did and they said again they did not have any, how can this be? We reserved that room several weeks before for 4 People. Unacceptable! Second problem is that they recommended a taxi service to drive us to another city at a not so cheap price, well the Driver did not know how to get to that City and we ended paying an additional $35 dlls for toll roads as he said it would save us 1 hr drive, it did not, it added two hrs to the trip and we ended up using our own GPS to give him direction.

Central hotel, nice looking but the rooms facing the street are really bustling. You can't rest with the sound of cars spending all night. The room with dirty floor, fan almost about to fall to heavy. I recommend looking for accommodation a few blocks further from the center.

Nice hotel located smack bang near tinge Zocalo and everything you’ll need. Shops, churches, food, churches, markets, churches. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Just wish they didn’t put odd steps everywhere as I trip all the time. Wifi works best in foyer. Staff are very helpful. Because it’s so central I’d come back here to top up on Wi-Fi or use toilets knowing it worked and there were clean. No English channels on tv. But there is a safe and plenty of space in room. Street view is nice. Didn’t indulge at the restaurant but told the food was good. Perfect spot if you like being in the thick of things without the noise. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows was to high, the personnel was nice and kind. The hotel is in the center of the city of Puebla so you can go shopping, or to eat to different places that are very close to the hotel.

Excellent central location/tourist in the heart of Puebla. Magnificent and varied cuisine poblana. A touch porfiriano modern in its facilities and rooms that do not ask anything to anyone. We loved it!

The location and the service is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable. If possible I recommend that you ask for rooms with balcony to the cathedral. In the morning they have buffet breakfasts, very good.
The only thing not so comfortable is that they do not have their own parking so if you occupy your car you will wait between 5 and 10 minutes in what they are going to bring to a pension.

It's cheap and it's an old building located right on the Zocalo. The food is rich. Although the room was a bit old also, I liked the hotel and would go back.

The hotel was very nice. The only thing that I didn't like was the reception; if you bring a car there's nobody to receive you, so you have to park in the street and go to the front desk to request help with the vallet parking.

Hotel Downtown. Good restaurant service, that is the fourth star. But the type and size of the rooms does not correspond to its cost. In my opinion are of the same price that a hotel simple of 3 stars.

Nothing is a hotel that does not comply with their agreements, my reservation I was simply cancelled and no further or more employees were not able to do anything and they told me that they did not know what q could do that oor logic no longer had rooms and that logic if it was not would have to sleep on the street why your logic the employee was that. Facilities are beautiful in the lobby, very nice indeed very nice like the dining room, the rooms are ordinary nice but ordinary, don't have nothing special, balconies, and the proximity of the socket is the best.

It's really cheap it's on the main square of the city, just in the middle. Not so cool things: TVs doesnt have good reception (dunno how is this posible coz they have cable) If you get the cheaper room is really small (like 5m x 4m) but the suites are cool… anyway, I always stay in that hotel…
