The bathrooms are very small and sloppy. The room is very warm but the bathroom is horrible, I touch room 201. Two years ago I went and I touch balcony, the view is beautiful because it is in front of the plinth. And that bathroom was very well preserved. Attention is regular.

Great place. Very good service, central, clean, affordable price, good food, very good facilities. I was very pleasant to visit.

It has a rooftop restaurant that you enjoy wonderfully in the afternoon-night. From the roof very nice view of the cathedral.

It Is a hotel with a great view, because in front of it is the Zócalo of Puebla and the cathedral. It'S a great place to dominguear. A famous place among the politicians of Puebla.

In the heart of the Zocalo very good place, clean, simple and good service of the staff. Excellent promotion with breakfast included.

Hotel with excellent location, the attention is excellent like the food, the rooms with balcony are very spacious and overlooking the cathedral. Advisable to get to sleep and the next day continue to know Puebla.

Good food and drink. I was at the rooftop bar, which has an excellent view of the zocalo and cathedral. However the tarp that covers against the sun isn't very effective at keeping the heat out. Think twice about going on very suny days.

This Hotel has gone down in quality and service. The room are run down, the electronics are outdared, and the rooms have no airconditioning. Only one outlets in the room. At this time of the year is on the 80s F. The rooms very soficated at night, if you cherge your phone, no outlet for the fan! This is the third time I stay here and the last one. I do like it because its location, but thats all.

Nice view to catedral, but the hotel could be better, they don't have the best service but good prices. So noisy and it gets hard if you really need/want to rest. Bonita vista a Catedral, pero el Hotel podría ser mejor, no tienen el mejor servicio pero si buenos precios. Muy ruidoso y se pone difícil si realmente necesitas/quieres descansar.

The hotel does not have hot water, has no fan or air conditioning, there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so it floods everything, the beds very hard… we were going to stay 2 nights but prefer only one, to the exit another guest was Reclamand Or that had no water calientr and in his room had cockroaches…

Come to eat authentic Puebla food.

They were touched by a room overlooking the Zocalo. Beautiful view in short. But the room is very small, we did not touch hot water and in the end we moved from room to a more hidden but at least with hot water. The breakfast buffet is very nice.

The restaurant is very good, it eats very well and the service is friendly and efficient.
The bread basket is fantastic has a few little dumplings stuffed with chorizo, cheese, rajas etc of the best, only for the bread is worth visiting the restaurant.
The Arrachera is of very good quality as the rest of the food.
Completely recommended.

Too hard beds, old bathrooms with little water sprinklers, no hot water unless you claim 4 times at least and snacks. Too bad to have good location and regular food that lacks a little more seasoning. Good staff.

The facilities of the place are nice, it is a comfortable and central place to get to Puebla. However the hot water service or room service did not work during my entire stay even though it was reported several times to the site staff. That's why the ratings. I hope they can improve.

Excellent location in the heart of the city of Puebla. It has good cooking for a repairing breakfast or a rich dinner to close the day.

The hotel is nice, clean and very well located in front of the square and cathedral. Everything is in your hand! There are shops, restaurants, and banks near there… it's convenient if you're looking for a walk in the center. There is no parking but they have Valet service until 8am, so pick up your car and start your tours. They have their own restaurant and on the top floor there is a bar with good music and ambiance. Prices are affordable and worth it.

Es un hotel de calidad, incluyen desayuno en la estadía y es seguro. Las habitaciones son grandes incluyendo el baño y están en muy buen estado. Aparte tiene el beneficio de estar frente a la catedral, en la azotea tienen un bar con excelente vista.

I really enjoyed grabbing a couple of drinks with a friend here. The menu is extensive and the cocktails we ordered were fantastic. And the view of the basilica is absolutely lovely, especially at night. I highly recommend it!

For the location and the price, you genuinely cannot go wrong! We paid $710 pesos which included breakfast for a room overlooking the plaza (see pic). The room was well appointed with modern fixtures and very, very comfortable! There is a cafe and restaurant downstairs and you can walk.

The view, the ambience, priceless.

Went with a group of 8, service was alright, but the food delivered was either not what was ordered, came out at all different times, or was not good quality. The beef was chewy & fatty. The french fries looked like they were from McDonald's next door. The pork rinds with the Soupa Azteca were stale. The Mexican sausage & avocado was nice, as were the bread baskets offered at the beginning, but the rest was really lacking, particularly for the price.

Does not have parking of their own, that serves this very lejor and charge $19 pesos the hour, the room is very small and enclosed, the food and drinks are very good.

Very good location, the food delicious, the rooms were clean but very small. Recommend you try the beer barrel.

We visited the "Azotea del Royalty" which is a hidden gem. The view of the cathedral is amazing. We went there for drinks and a dessert. The dessert we ordered was no longer available which is a minus. Aside of that, the service was very good.

Only I knew the restaurant, I did not stayed there but the chilaquiles with mole sauce are really delicious, recommended.

Very small room… Good service.

In the rooftop bar give you something else to thing written on the menu. If you claim the waiters treat you with arrogance. And when they assume their responsibility they charge you the account as if it were what you asked for. In short they sell you the Charter lies and treat you bad. I do not recommend the food from the rooftop bar.

In the restaurant never find another type of Milk that is not whole it is a great pity don't want to buy another type of Milk to have another option.

Hotel with class and comfort.

It's really cheap it's on the main square of the city, just in the middle. Not so cool things: TVs doesnt have good reception (dunno how is this posible coz they have cable) If you get the cheaper room is really small (like 5m x 4m) but the suites are cool. anyway, I always stay in that hotel.
