Excellent Hotel, first and yet simple. Very comfortable and complete rooms, mainly with heating and the cleaning service very good and efficient. Breakfast very good but could be more complete, I did not have the pleasure of having lunch there. Snack until some time, but very good too. I generally liked it and would go back there.

Definitive is great, the staff in addition to well-located as in the plaza you have everything you need to make a more sensational your stay. Bars, food, cinema etc Is great.

A good place to spend a weekend, has a pool, roofed and the rooms are very nice and comfortable.

The hotel is regular, nothing strange really, but BEWARE the food in the restaurant is really horrible. The worst! you should consider going 3 blocks nearby to a shoping mall and eating there.

It's quick to get there, on the road. The rooms if kept quiet, and the Kong room has good indoor space for cradle and stay in general.

Goodyear hotel, the only con ustedes that it's internet Is weak.

This is probably one of the nicer hotels in town but it wasn't that great. My issues were: 1. Swimming pool and hot tub we unusable due to dirty condition 2. Laminate click lock floor in the room needed to be replaced. Many planks were loose and the floor moved around when you walked on it. 3. Shower head was old and corroded. Also get not get water to fill tub without it coming out the shower head too. I felt that maintenance was not being kept up with. My likes: 1. Walking distance to many dinner options 2. Bed was comfortable and room seemed clean. 3. Staff was friendly and helpful My issues are things that management needs to address. They are not the fault of the workers there.

Last time I went Pool was Out of Order — coming back in next week — Pool/Hot Tub better be working!

It's a good hotel, the location it's not the best but is worthy, good and fast service. And the swimming pool is lovely.

Spacious comfortable rooms clean TV of 50 "although in cold weather the room is cold I imagine that will have heaters and that will have to request them to reception. The room has no carpet something that for my point of view is excellent. The breakfast is quite full and they have all the options the attention of the staff is always very friendly.

It is a good place, despite being retired from the city you have square services and malls nearby, inside the hotel is very clean and the rooms very nice however the place is a little suspicious to how safe.

The location is accesible but not too friendly if you have a vehicle or someone will pick you up. Because the parking is very limited. The rooms are decent but nothing extraordinary. The food is good. People are friendly when you ask something. But sometimes they are distracted not noticing what's going on around them. Overall is a good hotel.

The restaurant service is so good, all the employees are so very kind, the menu It is not very extensive but it is different from all restaurants around. The only thing I can say about the hotel It has a lot of attention from its staff and has two charging stations if you bring your Tesla.

Very good business class hotel, the staff ia Very friendly. Im traveling with a friend that has some food restrictions, and the crew hás no problem in heating his food and adapting the menu.

They give an excellent service which I got by the sr francisco cow cross in the reception area.

The location is excellent because it's side of the highway (mexico-queretaro) the rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is great, the only thing I don't like it is that I request for a taxi and it take half an hour… In general it's a good opinion to pass the night.

This is a good spot to stay, right among the shopping precinct of San Marco. The facilities are good, though the bathroom fittings are dated they worked fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful with great English. Only downside was the wireless internet went down several times. I will be back.
