Clean and well located place. The service is good and the rooms are nice, although one drawback is that the shower had no door in the single room which I found uncomfortable.

I had a really bad night. Too much noise in and out. You hear everything. After 11 pm began to smell cooked chicken and the smell was getting into my room, I had to try to "seal" my door with a towel. I wore earplugs so I could sleep. The bed very hard and the mattress with too many balls. The price is high for what they offer. I didn't think it was comfortable.

An excellent place to stay, whether you visit Tepotzotlán for pleasure or for business. The rooms have the necessary and they are very clean.
