It has all the services available and the best comfort. As all its chain is one of luxury hotels where the rooms are of the most comfortable and formal as well as good place to be able to rest without outside noises.

La atención y presentación es muy buena. La higiene es excelente, no hay nada desagradable. Hay agua caliente con buena presión. Tal vez las camas son algo duras y las almohada no muy cómodas pero se duerme bien. El costo con relación al servicio que se presenta tal vez es un poco elevado para ser solo visita de paso. Pero si es para relajarse y esta planeado es muy buena opción.

The Hotel One it is a very good choice for our sixth edition main event guests to be in. With a nice location in Cuautitlán Izcalli, around 15 minutes from Teatro San Benito Abad inside Centro Escolar del Lago.

Hotel is new and clean but rooms are really small. It's good for short stays but not for a long period of time. Un fortunately the hotel doesn't have a restaurant.

Very small rooms, however it is a good place to sleep. Good attention of staff. Breakfast and transport provided :)

The personal is to kind. All the rooms are comfortable and clean.

It is a clean, comfortable place and the breakfast is good though repetitive, after several days it collides seeing the same dishes although there is always fresh fruit. It is not a holiday hotel, but it is business or just to rest a couple of days.
